These guys are fantastic! Ironically, Denis had delivered a piece of furniture to my home a few months earlier, such a nice surprise to see him again! Ralph and Denis arrived on time, were very polite and took away the items I needed Lugged. I was very pleased with the extra care they took while handling a tabletop; Ralph carried his own roll of paper towels and placed several on the ground so that my piece of furniture would not get damaged. Highly recommend using Lugg.

They were able to get our large and heavy dining room table in its new space without any marks or scratches on the house or the table! They measured the table and space to ensure it would fit through the doors. It was well worth our money!

Vitor and Morris were fantastic. It was challenging getting a very heavy bulky table up the stairs. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond all while being incredibly kind and caring about avoiding damage. A huge thank you to both of them!

We had a great experience with this delivery. Rocky and Cruz were friendly and offered us practical advice on how to carry on from where they expertly left off. I could also tell that they took good care of our new dining table and I’m very grateful for that!
Yoandris and Mike are so helpful. They pack and move things very fast without breaking any tiny part. They used there own tools and covers which are extremely professional. I am a single mother living with my mom and daughter. I can believe moving so many furniture without there help. BTW, the Van they drive was larger than I thought. It has enough space for my one bedroom, including three beds (queen, twin, and a kid beds), small sofa, two tables, some chairs, and some boxes.
Ryan was absolutely lovely! He was friendly, and super helpful. I felt extremely comfortable with his warm and friendly demeanour. So glad he was the one to deliver my furniture. Five star service!! Thank you

They understandably left the situation when they did not feel comfortable with the job, and were not told of in advance what it would entail. A second team is on their way to help me take the items up the stairs.
Juan and Dennis were both very professional and excellent movers. Handled my things with care. They even drove back to give me my items that were left. I would highly recommend anyone hire them ASAP for your moving needs. Cheers ✨
I left them cash tip. Good job. They were very friendly. My only advice is to consider covering furniture with blankets when they move as an extra layer of protection. I have also seen other movers use shoulder straps to help make the move easier.
