They were lovely. Quiet, methodical, thoughtful, attended to all the corners and obstacles. They fit a huge mattress up through a challengingly small attic stairs opening. When it appeared the only way to get it up would be to folded, they checked with me, pointing out that there might be springs in the mattress and it might create a permanent fold. Given how far we could come I said to go for it, they managed it, and it left no trace of the folding. I would say essentially a perfect pick up and delivery. They were even open to small suggestions. - David
