I tipped each worker in cash. They were both very careful with many wood pieces on a wood floor. I am thankful for both of their efforts and assistance. It was a five star move. I guess I mismarked the stars… change to 5 star! - Elizabeth

Updating to say I had another amazing experience with Lugg - this time Kenny and Joseph helped move our new couch! Thank you guys so much for being so patient and conscientious! Highly recommend :) Ryan and Alex were incredible! They helped move a dining table into our place, and went above and beyond: putting it together (they carry their own tools?!), deciding which way to turn the rug, rearranging the other furniture to fit - and were super friendly and efficient in the process. - Katie

Jessiah and Randy were great! Efficient and friendly service. - David

Farid and Isaiah were excellent. Efficient, navigated the senior living parking and loading zone with little direction, and worked quickly. Super friendly on top of it. Recommend! - Kristen

I only needed a few heavy things moved in my building, so this service was a perfect fit. My Tasker from Task Rabbit cancelled on me :( but a friend recommended Lugg to me, and he referred me, and we both got $10 off our bill, which was awesome! The Luggers did a great job, and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg for services. I definitely will try Lugg again! - Sonia
