Both at pickup and at drop off, they were one street over from their destination. I had to call them to bring them over. Mapping software needs improvement. Very nice guys. - James

Lugg did an awesome job moving the contents of our adult son's childhood bedroom to his newly purchased home. Two luggers showed up promptly, swiftly loaded the boxes into their van and drove to his new home 30 minutes away. Everything was unloaded and the project completed within 90 minutes. We boxed small things before their arrival, but didn't have to do the heavy work or carry anything downstairs. I highly recommend Lugg for small moving projects. Scheduling was easy, their services were clear and we received regular texts updating on progress and completion. - SColvin

I had an incredibly pleasant experience with this company. It was well worth the price, especially considering that I saved a significant amount compared to other companies that charge five times as much. The same day service was a huge plus. My new dresser is absolutely lovely! - Mini
