These guys are awesome - went above and beyond to make sure I got the right couch, even though the furniture store mistakenly gave Linas & Fadil the wrong couch initially. Flawless process, and nice people!

Ramiro and Fadil were very professional, prompt, and helpful. Not only did they pick up early, but they also helped me get furniture protector pads on the feet of my couch and helped me get it set up. This was a tricky delivery - two wide couches up a wrapping staircase - but these two made it look easy. Thank you!

Omar and Kevin came right on time and were so nice and helpful. They did a great job getting a particularly large and heavy box into our house. Thank you again. We will definitely use this service again when needed.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They were incredible! Great at communication before they picked up item and upon delivery. The furniture piece was tricky to move into my 3rd floor condo. They did amazing problem solving to move it safely and quickly upstairs. They were so helpful and fast. I would use them again to move anything! Fantastic!

I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

Carried a heavy credenza upstairs, and then downstairs. Put it exactly where I asked him to and help me arrange some of the things that had to go on it. On time and very communicative. Very friendly, very courteous. Would use them for a move/delivery anytime.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Gerardo and Devonte were very communicative, they gave me updates once they picked up the items and when they were on their way to drop them off. Unfortunately I received the wrong item from the store, but Davonte immediately reached out to Lugg to see what could be done.

Lansana and John were exceptional. When they came across roadblocks, they kept trying and didn’t give up. I am so beyond grateful for their assistance with my delivery. Words cannot properly express how happy I am with their service.

Super good Luggers. I bought several furnitures, but the store forgot one when loading. They went back to pick it up after unloading. Furnitures are heavy, and it is snowing. It is not a easy work. Thanks!

The freight elevator was too small for the sofa. Angel and Marcos went above and beyond what was required. They tried everything in the book to make it fit. They even tried moving it through the stairs. They coordinated with lugg support and delivered the sofa back to the store. Thank you so much Angel and Marcos.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

The admin was horrible. Changed the day without consulting me. Couldn’t contact in timely manner. The only saving grace were the delivery men. Without their follow through it would have been a waste of time and money.

They really went above and beyond. There was a mix up at the store and instead of calling it quits, they stayed at the store and helped me work through it while the store found my furniture. It turned into a way longer trip than they planned, but handled it all with patience!
