The said they were there, which started the meter on the pick up side. The. I took 40 minutes for the front desk to confirm they were there. They said they had been delayed. So labor to pick up was $65. Lugg said they would refund us $15+&25 but they only gave us $25. Labor to drop off was $17. Why should I have to pay the extra $23 dollars? If they haven’t started the job, I should be charged for labor. And lugg should have immediately refunded the $15 like they promised without me now having to spend MORE time trying f to get this error on your end rectified. - Alaina
