William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

This is my first time using Lugg, but Daquan and Anibal made everything so easy. There were a lot of stairs and the hallways were very narrow at the pickup location, but they moved my dresser out with no problem. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move a Facebook/Craiglist purchase.

They were awesome! I was hesitant to buy something off of FB marketplace and not be there to monitor but it couldn't have been easier. Salvatore & Cardell called me and kept me in the loop and were SO nice!! I will definitely be recommending this service.

They were very helpful! I got a couch on Facebook market place and asked them to send me photos which they did. They were also really quick with the delivery. Great duo!

Made my first Lugg experience very easy and enjoyable. They were able to go to the pickup location and wrap everything then arrived at my doorstep 30 min later with the dining table I found on FB marketplace 10/10 would recommend

Best Lugger I’ve ever had!!!! Beyond the call of duty and so friendly and easy to chat with. Roger was picking up a Facebook marketplace purchase for me and we ran into difficulties trying to get a hold of the buyer for 30+ mins. Roger not only hung around patiently, but proactively helped me work the problem by contacting Lugg support, brainstorming back up plans, and ringing doorbells to find the pick up contact. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Quick and efficient! they also took the time to ensure the quality/state of the piece they were picking up for me was something i was aware of/ happy about, which I thought was really nice! (the table had a bit of chip in it that the Facebook seller did not tell me about, they made sure to communicate that to me before I paid the seller.) overall they were great, i would 100 percent use them again!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There was only one functioning elevator in our building which delayed our move. John & Ahmed were patient and waited for our turn to use the elevator despite the crumby situation in our building. They made sure everything fit and were careful with our furniture. They also pre-flagged a damaged part of the couch at pickup from the furniture store to ensure that we still wanted to accept delivery. I’d hire them again and highly recommend them. Thanks!

These two gentlemen were extremely professional and efficient. A last minute delivery on a Sunday night, and they arrived with smiles on and ready to get my bed and furniture in and where it needed to be. Very thankful they were the delivery guys we got!

Raiquis and Brandan were super friendly and communicative. They put me at ease when I asked them to send a pic of my sofa I had just purchased of Facebook marketplace. They went above and beyond. They removed the legs of the sofa when they got to my door and then reassembled. I couldn’t be happier.
