These two gentlemen were extremely professional and efficient. A last minute delivery on a Sunday night, and they arrived with smiles on and ready to get my bed and furniture in and where it needed to be. Very thankful they were the delivery guys we got!

Very prompt delivery and very clear communication. They made sure to call me when they were on their way to pickup our furniture and gave me an update when they were along the way to our place. Smooth and efficient!

Aston and Edward were excellent at handling my new furniture. The furniture was wrapped and well protected. I definitely would recommend Lugg for moving. The app was easy to use. The store where I purchased the furniture recommended another delivery service but they had so many bad reviews and they had a app that was difficult to use. Lugg is the best!

They were amazing! Super quick and efficient. Really kind and took awesome care to make sure the furniture being moved was safe along with ensuring they weren’t scratching walls etc. couldn’t recommend enough !

William and Isaiah were extremely professional- they showed up on time, wrapped the furniture securely, and helped me get it into place in my apartment. Furthermore they were thoughtful and easy to talk with throughout the process, even when dealing with some unexpected parking challenges. I highly recommend their services!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

Dmetry and Jonathan were wonderful! Friendly, called ahead, arrived within the window at the time they said they would. Very careful moving my dresser down a flight and up a flight at the drop off location and even helped me reposition a piece of heavy furniture in my new bedroom. They were great and would recommend Lugg!

They were able to take furniture apart using power tools and also were outstanding at protecting walls & furniture. MUCH appreciated them!!!

Hector & Terelle let me know when they were 15 minutes away and arrived on time. They were kind, friendly, & efficient. They even helped me troubleshoot when a piece of furniture was too large to get up the stairs. I would highly recommend them!

I had a great experience! They picked up a console for me and delivered it to my apartment with no problems and took good care of the furniture.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Super professional! Rashard and Karon went way above and beyond to help me move the couch from Costco, the elevator was too small, these guys helped me unbox the parts and moved everything in. Kelton and Alonso went above and beyond to ensure my items were moved efficiently and made sure not to damage any of my furniture or the walls of the house. They helped move a large heavy table with ease and were able to assemble / disassemble as needed when a piece was too large to fit through a hallway. I’d highly recommend these two and will use their services again!

There was only one functioning elevator in our building which delayed our move. John & Ahmed were patient and waited for our turn to use the elevator despite the crumby situation in our building. They made sure everything fit and were careful with our furniture. They also pre-flagged a damaged part of the couch at pickup from the furniture store to ensure that we still wanted to accept delivery. I’d hire them again and highly recommend them. Thanks!
