Friendly, cool guys that made quick work of my move, moved my 1 bedroom apartment into a pretty small 10'x10' storage unit for now. They took good care of my stuff while handling it and knew what they were doing, would definitely love their help with any future moves

Took some time between arriving and starting to pack my stuff like 7-8 minutes maybe to find parking? I noticed that it counted toward the labor minutes. Otherwise they were nice and very accommodating on what I wanted to move first and how I wanted the pieces to fit in the storage unit. I gave tip in person with cash.

Wagner showed up with a good attitude and ready to work. He was friendly and efficient helping us move things from our apartment and into storage. Would definitely work with him again if given the opportunity.

These guys were lovely and very friendly. They stayed with me the entire time while providing updates and playing Tetris with my boxes in the storage unit. A great team! 10/10

Faber was really helpful helping me reshuffle boxes in our basement storage locker before we headed to the outside storage facility. He and William hit some serious rush hour traffic, but they arrived without problems, and I am grateful this complicated job was completed with their help.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Very professional and personable. Did such a great job at handling unexpected curveballs (the original storage unit I had was too small and they went above and beyond to get me in touch with the building manager to switch units while I was in transit). Definitely recommend you them!

There were so many boxes and bins to coordinate from 2 locations, and Perri & Jaqwan made it look seamless. Traffic/parking was really difficult, but it didn't phase them. The storage facility we were moving materials from is undergoing major construction, so things there were chaotic, including an out-of-service elevator. But Perri & Jaqwan got the job done superbly!

Eddie is AMAZING!!! Derek is AWESOME!!! These guys made my life easy from beginning to end! So professional & courteous. Stacked my storage unit to the hilt! First time using Lugg. First time needing a storage unit while my hubby heals in the hospital. I am So grateful for their huge efforts and organizational skills! Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Dealing with emptying a storage unit is a logistical nightmare but Nilson and Kevin were patient and made it easy on me. Highly recommend!
