Gabriel and Caleb were one of the best workers I’ve ever met. They were professional and polite and went above and beyond in making the delivery a joy. Excellent communication and quicker furniture delivery than even most food orders. They picked up and dropped off from the east side to west side faster than Uber Eats/Door Dash for next door burgers. Once here, they placed the furniture smoothly and quickly without any scratches to our property or furniture!
They flagged a damaged box before they even picked it up for delivery. I decided to accept the delivery. In the end, there was no problem with the package. They delivered it on time and were professional.

From what I understand, once they got the assignment, Keith & Brandon picked up & delivered our order efficiently. It’s not their fault but something went very wrong with the dispatch process & we received our order 2 hours after the end of the delivery window. Even worse, Lugg’s communication system is abysmal, and there was no way to communicate with dispatch or to get information on what was happening with the delivery. I even downloaded the app because I was told there was a messaging system in the app and there was not.
Communicated by text so I knew exactly how and when the delivery would go, were prompt, friendly and efficient. They made it all very easy.
Appreciated how on-time this delivery was, and the extra effort they put in getting the piece of furniture into the house! Thank you!!

Got a delivery from IKEA, and the store was not clear with the Luggers that there were other items at the IKEA warehouse. Gabriel and Cobey were gracious and understanding, and went back to pick up the other items quickly and without complaint. Great service.
Fast and efficient. Great communication when on task. That said, this move was a disaster from a LUGG logistics standpoint. 1) My Lugg was scheduled for between 12 noon and 1:00 pm. Assigned me one Lugger when I made sure I did NOT select one Lugger - I needed two! So had to cancel and resubmit my order. 2) My Lugg was now supposed to occur between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Kept telling me they were coming (with ETA) but did not show up until 6:40 pm. Never did get an explanation of what happened to delay this move. 3) Lugg did credit me $30 for being “tardy”. Appreciate this, but the delays affected two families (one for pickup and one for delivery) who lost an entire day with no ability to plan or adjust to the continued delay. 4) This was my first experience with Lugg. It may be my last—even though Robert and Johan were great and professional!

I use Lugg for my clients whenever needed. (I'm a Professional Organizer, helping clients declutter their homes, offices, storage units; help clients pack/move/unpack.) So Lugg has come in super handy!! I just learned about them about a month ago. They've been in business 3 yrs. Soooo smart to start a company for on demand, small, local moves! Gives people a way to make quick cash same day with tips. Gives customers a way to get things they shopped for but can haul in their car. Gives my clients a way to de-clutter their space by selling or donating their large items! Tip! Donate furniture and building supplies (bricks, tile, ladders, tools, carpet, rugs, whatever) to the local Habitat for Humanity donation center! Lugg will drive it there!
Followed up when we had an issue with the delivery address. I appreciate them waiting while we got the necessary information.

Juan and James’ truck must teleport, because they arrived early and then beat us from the pickup to delivery spot! They loaded and unloaded quickly and put everything right where it needed to go. James even had some great cat jokes after he met our feline roommate 😹
I also appreciated the communication from Jose. He pointed out a blemish I hadn’t seen before and was very helpful at every point of the delivery.
This was my first time using Lugg, and I was very please with the entire process. Ramon and Jose were excellent from the first notification, to pickup, and the delivery point. They were very efficient, communicative, and friendly when they arrived. They put my couch exactly where I needed to be, and were extremely professional. Much appreciated!
Picked up heavy boxes and loaded them in van. Delivered them and had them on a roller cart before I even got to delivery location. Polite, hard working and quick. I would use them again.
Arrived on time and quickly loaded everything. Delivery went smoothly and they were pleasant to work with.
There was a mixup with regards to scheduling. I had asked for one Lugger to help me with hanging Christmas lights. When they arrived, they said that they couldn't stay because they had to make a delivery. The error was clearly not their fault but the scheduling team. When I told Jose that I had made the appointment 5 days earlier and I couldn't reschedule (rain was going to start again the next day), Jose stepped in and said that he would stay and give me an hour or so of his time. He wanted to make sure that I was happy. This was the first time I'd ever encountered a scheduling problem with Lugg (have been using them for 3+ years). The important thing was that Jose wanted to step in and remedy the scheduling problem. We worked very quickly and got everything finished in a little over an hour. Bottom line: Jose saved the day & I really appreciated his willingness to help me out despite the error in scheduling. NOTE: I suggest that the schedulers at Lugg actually read the notes/comments that are made concerning the tasks to be done. I specifically said that it would take 2 - 3 hours.
