These men were very professional and friendly. They were respectful of my property and wrapped it with care! They delivered from point A to point B without any issues, which as a control freak, I was glad they made feel well at ease as if they were family members doing me a favor! My partner who received the delivery was very impressed by this service! We will definitely use Lugg.com for our next big moving project! Dmetry and Jonathan were wonderful! Friendly, called ahead, arrived within the window at the time they said they would. Very careful moving my dresser down a flight and up a flight at the drop off location and even helped me reposition a piece of heavy furniture in my new bedroom. They were great and would recommend Lugg!

First time using Lugg and Edgar and Emmanuel were so helpful, careful with the items being moved and punctual. I’m moving apartments and needed a pick up truck to move the last items, the guys were great.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Denmark & Alonso took extra care not to damage anything while moving a very heavy item. They lso communicated very well throughout the process.

You need to have some objective criteria when someone says they need something heavy moved. It requires guys of a certain size and strength. Only one of these two guys was really strong enough for the two person job of moving a heavy piece up stairs. It created delays and my piece was damaged. Mauricio and Alonso know what they’re doing but not the right team for super heavy. This is the second team with a problem with that.

Marco & Juan were amazing movers I would highly recommend. They were friendly, fast, efficient and made everything super easy. Plan on using them again in the future!!

Aston and Edward were excellent at handling my new furniture. The furniture was wrapped and well protected. I definitely would recommend Lugg for moving. The app was easy to use. The store where I purchased the furniture recommended another delivery service but they had so many bad reviews and they had a app that was difficult to use. Lugg is the best!
