William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They were able to take furniture apart using power tools and also were outstanding at protecting walls & furniture. MUCH appreciated them!!!

Aston and Edward were excellent at handling my new furniture. The furniture was wrapped and well protected. I definitely would recommend Lugg for moving. The app was easy to use. The store where I purchased the furniture recommended another delivery service but they had so many bad reviews and they had a app that was difficult to use. Lugg is the best!

Delroy and Vernon were so incredible!! They were excellent at understanding how to protect the furniture and the walls and executed a perfect move. We are so grateful for their services and would absolutely recommend Lugg to anyone!

Great guys! The piece of furniture happens to be super heavy and I’m on the third floor. They did a great job on it.

Very prompt delivery and very clear communication. They made sure to call me when they were on their way to pickup our furniture and gave me an update when they were along the way to our place. Smooth and efficient!

Dmetry and Jonathan were wonderful! Friendly, called ahead, arrived within the window at the time they said they would. Very careful moving my dresser down a flight and up a flight at the drop off location and even helped me reposition a piece of heavy furniture in my new bedroom. They were great and would recommend Lugg!

Derek and Luis were amazing. They wrapped the furniture and delivered efficiently. They were fast and efficient.

Hector & Terelle let me know when they were 15 minutes away and arrived on time. They were kind, friendly, & efficient. They even helped me troubleshoot when a piece of furniture was too large to get up the stairs. I would highly recommend them!

Libardo and Waleed were great! They were efficient, friendly, and made sure to wrap the furniture during the move. I had a different mover cancel last minute and these guys came through with just a few hours notice. Thank you so much!!

There was only one functioning elevator in our building which delayed our move. John & Ahmed were patient and waited for our turn to use the elevator despite the crumby situation in our building. They made sure everything fit and were careful with our furniture. They also pre-flagged a damaged part of the couch at pickup from the furniture store to ensure that we still wanted to accept delivery. I’d hire them again and highly recommend them. Thanks!

Kelton and Alonso went above and beyond to ensure my items were moved efficiently and made sure not to damage any of my furniture or the walls of the house. They helped move a large heavy table with ease and were able to assemble / disassemble as needed when a piece was too large to fit through a hallway. LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.
