Michael and Jason were such a great help. They helped move my daughters stuff from her 4th floor apartment all the way down the flights of stairs into their XL truck to take across Manhattan to Greenpoint. They got to the apartment around 9am and packaged her 1 bedroom apartment up by 11:30am. They packaged all the breakable/fragile items up to ensure they wouldn’t get damaged. They made so many trips up and down the steep 4 flights of stairs! They even were able to Tetris and get my daughters queen size mattress and box spring down the narrow winding stairway. We took an Uber to the new apartment and then met them at her new apartment building, where they were able to unload everything into the new apartment for us. Both of them were very friendly, well mannered, and efficient. They were super easy going and diligent and I would 100% recommend them both for your move!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

Mike and Sadiki were amazing! When the mattress couldn’t fit in the small stairway and they patiently took it out of the box and managed to haul it into my apt! Then Mike helped me discard my old mattress which I’m super grateful for! Thank you!!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Iovanny & Richard made moving sooo easy!! I was especially impressed by their ability to bring so many large items (dresser, mattress, etc.) down at one time — it would have taken me several hours to do what they did in less than two. They were also accommodating and made sure all my items fit properly in their truck and handled my belongings with care. Thank you Iovanny & Richard !

The delivery was good. But mattress that was scheduled to be delivered on Friday wasn’t delivered at all. The support team got in contact only in the evening of the next day. (But the delivery person was really nice)

Brought in a king size mattress that didn’t fit in the elevator, went above and beyond in bring it up the stairs to our 5th floor apartment, making sure it carefully fit through every doorway.

I had a very heavy, difficult mattress and they helped me move it even though it was a bit of a doozy!!! Thank you!!

Omar and Kevin came right on time and were so nice and helpful. They did a great job getting a particularly large and heavy box into our house. Thank you again. We will definitely use this service again when needed.

They were superb, they carried the mattress upstairs 3 floor walk up even though they are not required to do so.

I am speechless. Gabriel and Carla are so friendly and understanding. My apartment is 4th floor and that too without any elevetor. Gabriel moved a queen size mattress and a small ladder single handedly and not for a second he had loosen the smile on his face.Later Carla also moved an office chair to my apartment along with Gabriel who moved a table this time. Being so customer oriented, these associates are gems to any company.

John and Jamie were expert movers. They brought my things up to my fourth floor walk up and brought an old mattress down. They also helped put the new (heavy) mattress on my bed, and get it out of the packaging. They were incredibly helpful and professional in all ways, and went above and beyond.

Matthew and Robert were great!! They helped me move my mattress very quickly and the whole experience was very stress free!

I was blown away with these 2 gentleman! I ordered a mattress from Craig’s Mattresses and he told me about Lugg. I’m in NY moving my son from Brooklyn to the East Village. I scheduled a pick up and within an hour they were at my son’s apt picking up all his stuff and delivered it to his new apartment in Manhattan! Incredible service! They were kind and professional! Vincent and Yorman were excellent they arrived on time and worked extremely quick and efficiently to get the move and set up of the mattress and adjustable base completed. There were knowledgeable of the task and worked neatly.

He helped me move my queen mattress to the store for my return and got it done. I think he was a little slow (26 mins) to drop off the item. I had told him to drop it off at the parking lot or sidewalk.

These were not the people who delivered my mattress thought it was negligent to send pic of wrong delivery people The people who did come were very good n we were satisfied with them

Made excellent decisions (wrapped mattress and box springs at pick-up to protect against rain), friendly, polite, very clear and strong communicators.

Great customer service, brought the mattress straight to the apartment. They communicated very well and let me know exactly when they would be at my building. Definitely would recommend them!

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Robert was fantastic. Only a one-person Lugg was available tonight so it was either that or miss out on getting the mattress I wanted and sleep on my yoga mat (again). Robert was a trooper about lugging it up four flights of stairs—I helped but he really did the heavy lifting, with zero attitude. Thank you, Robert. Moving is stressful enough and you made one small part of my night easier.

The IKEA store closed at 9 but they still get it done on time. Huge thanks for them to deliver my mattress and bed so that I don’t need to sleep on the floor any more!

David and Michael were great and efficient. They moved the mattress without any issues and did it quickly. However, I don’t think the labor spent at pick up should have been 24 minutes. The majority of the time was spent by David and Michael trying to find the entrance to the building. The actual labor time was more like 5-7 minutes. As a result, I don’t believe I should be charged the full $27.36 for labor at pick up.

Very helpful and on time. Even though I live on the first floor it was easy to get in. Would definitely use them again if needed. I have to inspect my king mattress I bought because it looked like it was folded for a period of time and I hope the mattress is not messed up! We will see soon. I'll keep in touch.

Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!

amazing movers! very nice and friendly. they did a great job packing mattress and disassembling the bed. all of my fragile items arrived intact. they helped rearrange some furniture in the new apartment. they even wrapped the tv and mattress so they don’t get damaged and dirty. Highly highly recommend!
