They were great and the app is great but we were unable to fit the couch in the apartment and could not complete the job

Second time using Lugg and second time that Brett was one of the movers. He was efficient in moving pretty much all the items from the apartment. Was very impressed when he single handedly managed to move a large piece of furniture out of the apartment. Will be using Lugg again in the future.

They went above and beyond. It was not an easy task getting my couch in my apartment but they tried several times until they eventually found a way to squeeze it in. Fantastic service 10/10 would recommend again. Incredibly friendly as well

First time using Lugg and Edgar and Emmanuel were so helpful, careful with the items being moved and punctual. I’m moving apartments and needed a pick up truck to move the last items, the guys were great.

William and Isaiah were extremely professional- they showed up on time, wrapped the furniture securely, and helped me get it into place in my apartment. Furthermore they were thoughtful and easy to talk with throughout the process, even when dealing with some unexpected parking challenges. I highly recommend their services!

This was the quickest I’ve ever seen a couch get moved into an apartment - and a fourth floor walk up too! They were very communicative and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Yorman and Brett did an amazing job getting an extremely heavy couch up 2 flights and into a narrow apartment. They were prompt, careful with my item, and went the extra mile. I would highly recommend them both.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Timothy was great! Got my stuff to the apartment and unloaded it without a hitch, was kind, professional, and so helpful.

Curtly and Lordjara got my large TV from Best Buy with ease. They handled the item with care and even helped get it onto my stand. Really appreciated having them to deal with the heavy and fragile item and getting my media set up going in my new apartment.

They did an amazing job getting our couches down three flights of stairs and into our apartment (through a tight door). Thank you!!

amazing movers! very nice and friendly. they did a great job packing mattress and disassembling the bed. all of my fragile items arrived intact. they helped rearrange some furniture in the new apartment. they even wrapped the tv and mattress so they don’t get damaged and dirty. Highly highly recommend!

Wagner showed up with a good attitude and ready to work. He was friendly and efficient helping us move things from our apartment and into storage. Would definitely work with him again if given the opportunity.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

This was not an easy job. 5th floor walk up and they were super efficient. Excellent communication and I cannot thank them enough for moving it up to my apartment and leaving it neatly in place. 5 stars, would recommend 10/10 times
