Alex and Angelo were amazing in moving my giant couch. I cannot believe they were able to make it fit in the truck. They were so helpful and friendly.

My driveway had a truck in it taking away my other couch when they arrived and they were very patient waiting! They worked together well and were very friendly. I am glad to know that Lugg exists for the future!

Onon and Ben were quick, professional and appearance was clean (rating this because they aren’t the typical movers) I was skeptical about the whole thing considering that they charge for time in use, but they were so professional that did accounted for the exact time not a second before not a second later, I think it’s worth every single penny, you end up paying a little more than renting a truck to do it your self but the difference between that and lugg service is that it’s done quickly, professionally and all your things are well packed so you receive them the way they are… I don’t think I would switch any time soon. The overall experience was awesome thank you Ono and Ben and thank you Lugg for this amazing app.

Got creative in fitting out stuff in limited truck space and delivered with care and on time would highly recommend and hire them again in future.

I love your guys but come on get the right truck for the job. Once again the vehicle is to small for the job. All my items could not fit and I lost a 500.00 office desk. Please discount this and the one from Friday also

Nice job despite 7 in of snow and some trouble getting the truck into the location, but they made it work we're on time and efficient and didn't damage anything. This is a great service!

So strong! I had so much stuff and they were crazy efficient. Also so friendly! I made it difficult on them as my new place’s garage didn’t fit the height of the truck so they had to walk much further. They were awesome. Highly recommend!

We've used you a few times now and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the guys that show up have been courteous, professional, and have busted hump. Feel very confident in using Lugg On-Demand Movers.

Sam helped us twice without us knowing! At the pickup location we couldn't fit out object into our car, and Sam (though we didn't know it was him) helped us put it in and take it out. Then, once I ordered delivery, Sam coincidentally was our driver, and I messed up and only ordered one helper and not two. Sam worked extra hard to get the heavy object into his truck alone, and was gracious when he came over to drop it off. So kind! Thanks, Sam.

Great movers, but I did have an issue with the app***. I wasn’t given an eta or the contact info of the movers until well after the end of my anticipated pickup window hour. Because I had no way to check when my movers were coming (if at all), I almost had to cancel. Leaving this as feedback for the app rather than the movers as this does not appear to be their fault, and they were responsive when I called to coordinate pick up parking spot, and overall they were efficient and friendly.

Promptness. Customer Service. Very professional in his interaction. Professionally appropriate attire. Neatness. Purchase handled with care. Delivery truck clean.

Very friendly and helpful... Great can-do attitude and spirit! Completed the tasks quickly and navigated carefully to protect fragile artwork and clock! Suggest lugg provide mattress straps in trucks to make their job easier...

Not only did they load all of the packed items into the truck they helped relocate some very heavy items to our basement and upstairs. I will definitely use them again.

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

Tyrone and Nathan were awesome. I tend to get very anxious with moving because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. Tyrone and Nathan were not only careful and thoughtful with how they packed the truck, but were patient with my concerns and never once made me feel like an annoyance. Thank you both very much!

The driveway is covered with ice, and Lugg mover, Andres, carried my sofa without a misstep or a helper. I used the app to order a pickup truck with one mover, and it worked great. Lugg is similar to an Uber for Ikea furniture.

Josue & Alex were very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for better movers. They are 5 out of 5 star employees. It’s employees like them who make me feel comfortable with hiring movers. Nice Job Lugg on hiring such great people! I will most definitely use Lugg in the future.

Jose and Scott were amazing. They somehow fit all of my stuff in the truck and brought everything in efficiently and even helped me put things together that would have been really hard for me. Can’t recommend them enough!!

The Lugg app inserted an incorrect "south" in the pickup address. Jordan was very laid back about it and everything worked out fine. He was careful with my belongings and secured them carefully in his truck. He was friendly, interesting and polite. I provided Deirdre from Lugg with information about what may be a bug in Lugg software because it "uncorrected" an address that I explicitly corrected when submitting my request. Thanks!
