Both of them were absolute professionals. They were thoughtful and offered to remove the hinges to my door in order to fit the furniture. Fortunately, they did not have to do that and was able to figure out a way to get the chair in without removing the door. They were on time, quick, communicated well throughout the process, and they were appreciated.

Andrew and Zachary were on time and very courteous. They handled the furniture with care. I will use Lugg again. David

They made sure all pieces of coach furniture was assembled correctly and the connecting wires to my recliner couch was working fine before they report to their app to departure. Very nice gentleman’s . They were tipped cash and each was so appreciative and thanked me many times .

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Furniture was bundled up securely in the truck. They were also careful about moving the furniture into the house and not damaging anything.

When they got here they were polite, introduced themselves . Friendly to my husband who was outside. Very careful W/ carrying in the heavy pc of furniture. Asking where I wanted it , placed it there & asked if was ok or they would move it to where I needed it . Very accommodating! My husband & I We’re very impressed w/ the service , promptness, & the friendly delivery guys! Will keep the # if I need this again great experience! They both deserve GOLD Stars ⭐️

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Both of these guys were excellent. They communicated through the entire pick up of my furniture to the delivery arrival time they brought the new furniture in carefully, set it up very polite and professional would highly recommend.
