I was very happy to have the Fredy and Eddy team back to help me with part two of my move. They were very efficient and well equipped. They had a special, open dolly cart that made moving the mattress a breeze and a flat dollie to move the larger pieces. They really know how to handle different styles of furniture and different moving situations. I highly recommend this team

I discovered the Lugg app from a buyer when I sold my furniture to move from FL from CA, and I’m so glad I did! Without the help of Adriel and Gregory, I would’ve had to spend much more $$ on a new sleeper sofa just so it could be delivered. They were very communicative, handled the fabric with care, and did an expert job getting it to the 6th floor. I’m very grateful to them and Lugg!

Angel and Gregory communicated often to keep me updated on their progress with the pick up and drop off. They also went above and beyond by trying to find a replacement for one of the paintings when they noticed that the frame behind the canvas was damaged. They were friendly and professional.

These two were awesome! They stacked my washer and dryer. They helped me with my treadmill. They moved boxes in the garage! Amazing

Julio was awesome! We had a difficult move and needed a mattress brought to our new apt building. Access to the building was difficult and complicated but Julio navigated everything with ease and did an amazing job! Best part of our entire move!

Both Angel and Gregory were great. There was good communication and they went above and beyond taking the time to protect my items.

Carlos got the mattress to me safely covered with tarps, he had the right tools to get it out of the car and into the house. He even helped me get the new mattress into my bed frame. I couldn't have done it alone so I really appreciated his help.

I LOOOOOOOOOVE LUGG x's 10 These guys work their butts off and they are super professional. Jonathan was today's pick up and delivery driver, he came to my place of business to pick up the items and now on his way to the destination. mario and greg were both awesome! despite an issue out of their control at the pickup spot, their turnaround time was excellent and they were super friendly & flexible with the staff at my building, my dog and i. would definitely recommend them as a team or individually in the future, and lugg as a whole! thank you :)

Used Lugg for junk removal. Showed up within 10 minutes and got everything out quickly. The only thing I'd say that isn't well done is that it doesn't tell you about a dump fee when estimating. Only way I knew about it was after I received an additional charge and look at the FAQs. My fault for not checking before accepting

Was only expecting one mover but two showed up and brought the mattress all the way to my room on the back of the house. On time (in fact, earlier), super fast and well prepared.

The drop off took longer than i anticipated and had a $188 additional charge the app did not make me aware of. The movers were great the app let me down. I would have taken different measures if I’d known about the recycle charge.
