Alex and Angelo were amazing in moving my giant couch. I cannot believe they were able to make it fit in the truck. They were so helpful and friendly.

My furniture was broken in a way I didn’t know about. They called me to see if I was aware, and if I still wanted to buy it. They had the IKEA employees fix it, and stabilize it for transport!

They hadn't planned to bring my stuff up to my apartment because of an error on my end (kind of Ikea's end really), but they were still prepared to do that anyway!

Nathan and Angelo were so helpful, friendly and moved all of my items quickly. I really appreciated them!

Onon and James were super quick and professional and could not have made moving my peloton any easier! Would use them and Lugg again!!

Never used the service and IKEA wasn’t clear, they came in and clarified everything and helped us out. Really great job.

I am above pleased with the exceptional help both Onon and Jesues provided. They tag teamed my project with efficiency, finesse, and skill and went above & beyond. My storage pod was so skillfully organized. I'm very happy with the work. I highly recommend them. This was my second experience with Onon and his pod organizing skills just leaves me speechless. Great job gentlemen!

The driveway is covered with ice, and Lugg mover, Andres, carried my sofa without a misstep or a helper. I used the app to order a pickup truck with one mover, and it worked great. Lugg is similar to an Uber for Ikea furniture.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ikea gave me a delivery window of 3:00-4:00, but Lugg didn’t show up until after 6:00. Ikea also told me that if I’m there to help unload, then I only need to order a single lugger. Turns out, that a single lugger only delivers to the porch, two luggers carry it inside. Cesar was great though, he ultimately helped me carry the couch inside

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

I appreciated how quickly they picked up and delivered our new couch. They both were very pleasant and it was also nice to be able to track where they were on the route. I recommend!

Isaac and Jose were great. Very efficient, especially with moving more challenging items downstairs. Took extra care in making sure they didn’t scratch the floors. Great experience.

Luggs were great! It’s confusing the way the pick up window is worded though - hard to know if the user is selecting the DELIVERY time window or the PICK UP (meaning pick up FROM IKEA) window. That could be improved going forward. Otherwise great experience - will definitely use Lugg again!

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Jose and Scott were amazing. They somehow fit all of my stuff in the truck and brought everything in efficiently and even helped me put things together that would have been really hard for me. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Nice job despite 7 in of snow and some trouble getting the truck into the location, but they made it work we're on time and efficient and didn't damage anything. This is a great service!
