I recently purchased a very expensive washer and dryer off Facebook Marketplace and needed help moving and installing them. Abdiel and Steven from Lugg were absolutely phenomenal. Frank and Adonis made my first Lugg experience a great and memorable one! They arrived earlier than scheduled and patiently waited for me to arrive to help navigate the designated Craigslist location and confusing apartment complex community. Both were very personable and friendly, and so helpful throughout the entire process. Will definitely continue using Lugg and recommend to all my friends!

Elvin and Cody were both awesome, friendly and professional. They picked up a very large 5-piece antique wall hutch we had purchased on OfferUp and delivered it over 50 miles away to our home. They were very fast yet took care to wrap and protect the furniture. Highly recommended!!!

I had never heard of LUGG until I did a Google search for movers near me. I found a dinette set on OfferUp that I wanted (and we know how those apps go, first one gets the goods). But, I don't own a truck or have any friends with a truck I could borrow on short notice. So I made a reservation online with LUGG at 10AM and had the item in my home by 1:30PM. It was amazing. They were professional, handled my items with care and super fast! I will use this service again and again. Love it!!

I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

William went above and beyond and sent me photos of the furniture as well as calling me to let me know the condition of the furniture. I purchased the furniture off of OfferUp and he wanted to let me know the condition. 15 out 10! Thanks William

The guy who brought the delivery was great. However lug was abysmal and I’ll never use your service again. I had two logs scheduled. Both were to arrive at the destination between one and 2 PM I didn’t hear a word on either until after 1 PM when I was both were finishing other deliveries but would be to their destination by 2 PM. I’ve learned that that’s cold for we don’t have anyone to send but we’re still working on finding someone. Meanwhile I had to change the pick up address of one. I clicked edit. Added the new address. Chose the address from the field you generated. Clicked update. It said it had successfully updated, then immediately reverted back to the wrong address I repeated this no less than 15 times. Somethings messed up with your program. So I emailed several times trying to get someone that I could alert to the fact that you were going to send the truck to the wrong place. I heard nothing from anyone with Lugg until I got a phone call from the loggers saying they had arrived at the location. Of course it was the wrong location. I told them about the disaster that is your app, verbally gave them the correct address and texted it to them as well. They said they were going to call log and head that way. The next thing I knew you lug had canceled that pick up. And locked me out of being able to do anything about it. I lost out on two antique dressers I really needed from craigslist because your system is so fucked up, and you give me no option to talk to anyone. I sent emails over five hours ago. I still have yet to hear one thing back from log. If you try to charge me for that delivery I’ll take your ass to court. You used to be pro. Now you just blow. 

I love Lugg! Gabriel and Jefferson were communicative, and made sure I was happy with the placement of my new-to-me sofa that I ordered through Craigslist. Thanks guys!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Great team!! They picked up a table I bought from Facebook marketplace, they plastic wrapped it with protective blankets and carried it seamlessly into my home! Good communication and fast prompt delivery. Highly recommend!

Recently moved into our new home & fridge goes out completely. Found a great fridge on Craigslist, got it home & realized there was no chance of getting it off the truck. Baffled and beyond frustrated started searching for an on call someone to help. Cane across four different businesses/apps (one I had used before) but none were working right or had etas of next day. Our truck was rented by the hour. Tried Lugg And literally in maybe five minutes had Jacob and Justin en route. Dispatch reached out, kept me up to date of etas and there was AB actual person on the other end of the texts. I'm grateful. Sincerely grateful for the team we worked with tonight. Getting our fridge inside the house may have not been the most complex service, but it saved my night literally saved it. Jacob & Justin were friendly, strong, professional, and easy to work with. Thank you!!!! We will absolutely support you guys and spread the word :)

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!

Both were professional, fast, and friendly! They picked up my dresser from the person I bought it off of on OfferUp, and Jobarea and Calvin offered to take off the attached mirror for me (after calling me first to check if that was okay) before moving it. They even brought their own moving blanket & packing tape to wrap up the mirror and dresser in! They worked very quickly and carefully while moving the dresser and mirror. Jobarea and Calvin were overall fantastic!

Brian and Chandler were great! I would never have been able to move my Craigslist purchase on my own. I signed up for Lugg and in just 2 hours had these 2 nice, curteous gentlemen delivering my love Seat into my second floor apartment. I couldn’t be more pleased with them and this service.

They were tasked with picking up a washer from a FB Marketplace purchase and bringing it to my residence. The seller was not prepared for the move at all and misrepresented the obstacles for movement. Xavier & Juan did exceptional work and I am So grateful for their assistance.

These guys are the BEST. I bought a bed from Facebook marketplace and hadn’t seen it before booking Lugg. These guys told me about some undisclosed damages and helped me work through that with total calm professionalism. They were so friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my move.
