Philip & Rodrigo were professional and quick. I was removing a mattress and the website made it seem like Luggs would take it away and get rid of it for me. That is not the case. You need to know where they are going to take it. Anyway the two luggers were helpful and polite regarding this miss communication.

Michael and Bryant were fantastic movers! They were very efficient and were able to move some really big/ heavy furniture. And they made sure to secure everything in the van, which I appreciated. And they did it all while in good spirits. Thanks again!

They were the most proficient movers I’ve worked with. They prioritize so that we got all the heaviest and bulkiest items moved today, last time that required two trips. They moved a little bit slower than other Lugg teams I’ve worked with, but out of deliberation and care. They made sure nothing was damaged or worse in the moving process. I’d be happy to work with them again.

The movers were great. They were efficient. The Lugg experience was problematic. The scheduling went awry and even the pickup location, which Lugg put in the wrong place even though it had the correct name of the business and the address. When that all got straightened out, the people involved handled everything professionally.

Professional, efficient, and a total breath of fresh air Antrone and Askari exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. Their professionalism and attention to detail really set them apart—and let’s be real, that’s not something you find every day. I genuinely appreciated how smoothly everything went. Daniel E and William really did a great job! They were so efficient and thoughtful during moving our furnitures and electronics. I really worried about how to move our queen size mattress and fragile furnitures, they got this perfectly. Things were also settled at right location in the destination.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

They were amazing ! Super caring and understanding. I thought I had to pick the mattress up myself and I live on the 3rd floor with no elevators ! So I was preparing myself however when I asked one of the gentleman if they could carry it up they were extremely helpful and did it for me . Thank you so so much . It was heavy and yet they still did it . They were great and I’m thankful for their help !

I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and William. It literally snowed the day before my move, it was the coldest day in the past year, and yet they still showed up right on time and were the bright spot in my day (and moving is really never fun). They rolled with the punches when cars were illegally parked in the moving van spot, and DC parking enforcement was too understaffed to send a tow truck. I truly couldn’t have done this without them. You’re lucky to have them. Hands down the best movers I’ve ever had.

Michael and Jerome are the most professional movers I've ever have a pleasure of working with. They're both extremely courteous, careful, and professional both in timing and in making sure that the move went flawless and there wasn't a trace of damage.

Really great job, exceeded all of my expectations. When there was a delay in pickup, Lugg upgraded my van to a box which was very appreciated. The movers texted me every step of the way before their arrival.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Michael and William were fabulous! We were their 3rd move of the day and they were still energized, fast, and focussed. We had 3 very heavy natural rubber mattresses that William had worked with and knew how to take apart to keep their shape and lighten the load. They were both personable, strong, efficient and committed to doing a great job! I’ve used Lugg teams at least 5 times and feel it’s a great service.
