They worked well together and helped get my delivery right where I needed it! They helped deliver a sleeper sofa for me from ikea and drove an hour each way for it!

Awesome communication. Constant updates. Friendly. Personable. Smooth delivery. Treated our sofa as though it was his own (tarped, etc). Would love for him to deliver all my furniture in the future.

Only one of the couches was delivered. I called IKEA and they said that it was theirs fault - that it was not given to the Lugg delivery people. But they cannot rectify this until Lugg calls them. But then they tell me they have no phone number for Lugg. I need it today!

They were punctual, professional and took great care to move the dresser without damaging it or my freshly painted walls. They were communicative and friendly. I felt safe with them in my home which is important for a single woman. These guys surpassed my expectations as well as experiences with other app based movers. I really can’t say enough good things about them.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

They made sure all pieces of coach furniture was assembled correctly and the connecting wires to my recliner couch was working fine before they report to their app to departure. Very nice gentleman’s . They were tipped cash and each was so appreciative and thanked me many times .

Andrew and Jason were on time and friendly and clearly worked well as a team. They moved quickly and efficiently, and had no difficulty getting the couches and bar buffet inside, and set up where we needed them. And they were personable when they were finished, chatting for a little, as I asked about the Lugg service seeing as I had never heard of it before. Great service, excellent guys.

Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻

I reached out to Lugg after another on-demand service could not follow through. My request was assigned to William & Alex under an hour, and they were great. Alex communicated with me during the entire process, and were at my home in no time. Getting my couch in definitely required some work 😮‍💨, but they were great sports about it. Great service from start to finish. Would definitely use LUGG again. Thank you 😊

Used this app twice now. All 4 movers I've had were absolutely fantastic! Such a great app. So glad I found it.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Bill and Marquis were excellent movers! They were kind, friendly, and professional. They were patient during the pick up when the vendor was having a hard time releasing the product and were kind enough for me to arrive to help resolve the situation. They packaged and secured the item amazingly and the drive and delivery was incredibly smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend them for my next big purchase.
