Faced with inevitable talk of moving an 8.5 ft and hundred pound couch, Leonel and Jose did not back down. Even through the labrathine hallways of my shitty apartment building, they persevered, even though we had to dismantle the couch. You CAN NOT do better than these guys when it comes to a moving service.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Oscar & Fadil were so quick & efficient in delivering a couch to my condo. Not only did they navigate downtown traffic and street parking near the couch's origin point, but then upon arrival, they whisked the couch up 3 flights of stairs to my living room without even breaking a sweat. I'm so impressed! They were so professional and friendly and I truly appreciate that. Nicest guys too. Thank you, Lugg!

The couch we purchased was a bit large for the entrance it needed to come in through, but the guys did a great job working together to get the couch in through some tight spots and took extra care to make sure it didn't get damaged at all in the process. They did an amazing job.

Very friendly and quick getting my new couch in. Helped me get it all set up and put in spot I wanted it. Was very careful upon delivery too. Nice guys with great work ethic overall!

Even when there was an unexpected change in location for Habitat for Humanity, they were happy to help and bring it to the next spot so that my couch could be donated. Thank you so much to them both!

Frank and James were great. They did all they could to try and get a big couch where it needed to go, and offered to help the next day. Really appreciate their efforts and not giving up it.

They were super amazing. Came on time and delivered couch in the basement without any hassle. I tried lugg for the first time and impressed with the service. Very good experience with lugg and Angel & Julian.

Freddy and Nasir were great! They were very gentle with an antique couch, and even took a door off its hinges in order to get the couch into my living room. Very professional, and they were in and out in less than 20 minutes.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They were absolutely fantastic - it was a challenge fitting my couch through the doorway but they were remarkable - professional, nice, and got the job done. These guys are great.

Jose and Lionel were amazing. They were great problem solvers and moved an incredibly large couch out of a tight apartment.

Ramiro and Fadil were very professional, prompt, and helpful. Not only did they pick up early, but they also helped me get furniture protector pads on the feet of my couch and helped me get it set up. This was a tricky delivery - two wide couches up a wrapping staircase - but these two made it look easy. Thank you!

Truly the best movers. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank you!!! Hire them. They helped me fit in recliner couch. They asked if they could use their tools to remove door. They did! They then put it back appropriately. There has to be way to tip them on this app. I did get Jose’s phone number to tip him via Zelle as well if I can’t tip on app. These guys are professional, hire them!!!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

it was very challenging to get the couch up my apartment stairs and they were extremely thoughtful and hardworking with brainstorming and trying out different ways to do it and we got it in eventually!

Leonel and Jose were amazing!! The couch was long and our stairwell is extremely narrow. They worked through all the issues and got the couch right where it needed to be. Such great energy and attitudes. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

Our couch was too big for our front door. Without any complaints, Ramiro and Fadil found the solution and got our couch in perfectly. I’d recommend Lugg to everyone because of their amazing work.
