Christopher and Isiah were great. They were on time, professional and handled the furniture with care. When they loaded the truck they made sure to protect each piece with extra wrapping. Everything went smoothly for the 1 1/2 journey. Thanks guys!

Furniture was bundled up securely in the truck. They were also careful about moving the furniture into the house and not damaging anything.

Great guys and did an excellent job. Really friendly and answered questions about how else we could use the Lugg services. I would definitely consider using Lugg again if I need moving help. Glad I found out about you.

Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻

I could not ask for a better Pair, they pack up the pickup with a can do attitude...rare in todays world.

Both of them were absolute professionals. They were thoughtful and offered to remove the hinges to my door in order to fit the furniture. Fortunately, they did not have to do that and was able to figure out a way to get the chair in without removing the door. They were on time, quick, communicated well throughout the process, and they were appreciated.

Amazing first experience with the app. They both kept my sofa safe the entire time and were extremely cautious of not damaging the building while moving in. Would highly recommend! Thank you both Jason & Scott!!!

Jared and Pedro were kind, helpful, and polite. They were careful moving through doorways etc and did a great job.

They made sure all pieces of coach furniture was assembled correctly and the connecting wires to my recliner couch was working fine before they report to their app to departure. Very nice gentleman’s . They were tipped cash and each was so appreciative and thanked me many times .

NEVER MOVING W/OUT THESE FOLX AGAIN Timely, communicative, respectful, hardworking. I was also upgraded to their largest truck option for free even though I had reserved a pickup truck (the smallest option) a couple days prior And I had a 35% discount for booking one "lugger". All in all it ended up being legit 50% less (at least) than the going rate of other moving companies I looked at when shopping. They even had another person there solely to drive so no need to worry about driving a moving truck Smooth moving experience got all my furniture I booked for one hour but it actually took two, they were so patient

Dave and Samuel were both so much help with moving a few boxes and even helped get them into our apartment! Very fast and very efficient.

Communication. We knew where the truck was in real time. Able to message detail directions to the guys. Superior service. The guys went way above and beyond great service. They were friendly, willing and capable in every respect.

Communicated the timeline every step of the way, punctual, friendly & professional. They did an excellent job of moving 2 large chairs without a scratch or bump!! I would hire them again without hesitation.

They were on time and transported my benches with no damage. They were thoughtful about how they loaded the benches in their truck and they moved a bench into the woods on my property which was quite a haul for them! They did great!

Super friendly and helpful. Very fast efficient and took care of my things. Not a single complaint despite moving out of a third floor walkup into a third floor walk up. Both were excellent.

So polite, so accommodating and helpful with moving another table out if the way. Very good communication. I would use them again and again.
