Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

It was a very rainy day, and the guys wrapped the mattresses so they wouldn't get all wet. They were careful with my household items, since the work area was cluttered. They used moving pads to avoid any scratches or damage. Even though the move was just a few blocks, they strapped everything, making sure the items wouldn't move around. They even helped putting the mattresses in place. Very good communication and very professional.

Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. They were very professional, polite and careful in handling our new bed base and mattress up our stairs.

They were excellent!!! I had a very heavy adjustable base & king size bed and a split staircase. They were punctual, professional, and did an amazing job. Even did set up for me… the mattress store told me their delivery service would add an additional charge for that. This company didn’t. They deserved their tip! Definitely will use this company again! Thank you!!!

Lugg is the best! I wish you had a moving truck vs. a van so we could have moved in one trip since it's charged per minute. Ended up being the same price as a moving company (with a full size truck), if not more, even though we only had boxes and a couch, mattress, tv stand and desk, but the movers were great, friendly, helpful, and timely. If we could've moved in one trip, it would have been highly worth it.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Roy and Jim were friendly and helpful in getting our large and very heavy mattress and frame into our second floor bedroom.

Jesus and Anthony were polite, kept us updated with their status, and easily carried our huge new mattress down an awkward staircase to our basement apartment. Would recommend, and would consider using this service again in the future.

Got to work with these guys twice in one day! Friendly and professional as before and everything went smoothly, including moving a a mattress up 3 floors and then taking another one down 4 floors.

Ahmed and Farid delivered a king size mattress for me. They arrived on time, quickly hauled the mattress upstairs, and dropped it off in my bedroom no problem.

Jesus and Antony were efficient, thoughtful, careful, and knowledgeable in the moving and setting up of a remote-controlled platform bed. I plan to call upon them again. I am delighted that Mattress Firm recommended LUGG and consider myself one lucky person to have had Antony and Jesus carry out the move.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Given they had to move two king mattresses, it wasn't that easy, especially since it involved going up and down some stairs. They were on time and all of the above. I will recommend Lugg to our condo community if anyone has the need to move anything.
