It was a tough job to get the mattress to the second floor in a very tight stairwell but they managed to make it happen…and smiled when they finished!

Hi Lugg Team- shout-out to John and Brad! The furniture store did not disassemble the dining table we ordered (even though we requested them to do so) so this move was tough as the table was super heavy. John and Brad still powered through and helped us maneuver the table into our storage unit. Cheers Ps. (We gave them a cash tip when they left, so i will leave that field blank here in the app)

They lifted a very heavy mattress and took positively every precaution, they will not break your house! Expert team! Very professional.

They were on time, quick and efficient. Loaded a 200lb purple mattress down one set of stairs, in the van, 22 minute drive to new apartment, up another set of stairs in 1 hour! Would definitely use them again!

Used Lugg for junk removal. Showed up within 10 minutes and got everything out quickly. The only thing I'd say that isn't well done is that it doesn't tell you about a dump fee when estimating. Only way I knew about it was after I received an additional charge and look at the FAQs. My fault for not checking before accepting

Set up and communication. Only issue is they are not allowed to remove or take back packaging used to transport bed frames and mattresses.

Raymond was fantastic communicating with us and delivered faster than we expected. He was super accommodating and even offered to help us get the mattress to the room we needed it in. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, strong luggers who insisted on perfection. Highest recommendation!
