While Victor and Asaru were moving one of our couches, they noticed spider egg sacs on the bottom and graciously cleaned them before moving the couch into our apartment. They were excellent! Highly recommend.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Alton and Derrick were the best. They handled my dogs with great car. They had to bring my sofa up three full sets of stairs. They did it slowly and with great care not to damage my walls or the sofa. I highly recommend them. I already tipped them.

Kasseem and Victor were responsive, punctual, efficient, and friendly. They met me at a store in Buckhead where I had purchased 2 medium-sized barrel swivel chairs, loaded them quickly & securely into their van, and unboxed & arranged them in my space. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lugg or Kasseem & Victor again!

They handled our chair during a rain downpour as if it were their own. Also they help adjust another piece of furniture. Very impressive duo.

They were friendly, punctual and professional, careful with our merchandise. They brought the sofa set all around to our patio and arranged it for us. They are a great team!

When I got to home goods, they had given my couch to the wrong person. The person brought my couch back and the Lugg movers were very patient, understanding and polite. They also helped my husband tighten the legs on the couch which the store manager tried to do but were unsuccessful. I really appreciate them. They did their job well. Thank you thank you! I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! The expected time was 5-6. I am well aware of Friday traffic. They delivered my chair in less than 5 minutes. In and out. Why is the price different than what I was quoted at the store??
