Highly skilled at delicate removal work or general moving both, I was really impresssed with Jacob and Darvi. Very pollite and courteous, they made a difficult job easy. We are so grateful!

Ahmed and Farid delivered a king size mattress for me. They arrived on time, quickly hauled the mattress upstairs, and dropped it off in my bedroom no problem.

Roy came prepared with a dolly to make moving the giant mattress super easy. He was quick and friendly and we really appreciate his help!

They were very professional, polite and careful in handling our new bed base and mattress up our stairs.

They were excellent!!! I had a very heavy adjustable base & king size bed and a split staircase. They were punctual, professional, and did an amazing job. Even did set up for me… the mattress store told me their delivery service would add an additional charge for that. This company didn’t. They deserved their tip! Definitely will use this company again! Thank you!!!

Used Lugg for junk removal. Showed up within 10 minutes and got everything out quickly. The only thing I'd say that isn't well done is that it doesn't tell you about a dump fee when estimating. Only way I knew about it was after I received an additional charge and look at the FAQs. My fault for not checking before accepting

Lugg is the best! I wish you had a moving truck vs. a van so we could have moved in one trip since it's charged per minute. Ended up being the same price as a moving company (with a full size truck), if not more, even though we only had boxes and a couch, mattress, tv stand and desk, but the movers were great, friendly, helpful, and timely. If we could've moved in one trip, it would have been highly worth it.

Ramon and Jose were great! They had to lug our new Tempurpedic mattress up to second floor and did a great job! I would hire "luggers" anytime!!

Given they had to move two king mattresses, it wasn't that easy, especially since it involved going up and down some stairs. They were on time and all of the above. I will recommend Lugg to our condo community if anyone has the need to move anything.

It was a very rainy day, and the guys wrapped the mattresses so they wouldn't get all wet. They were careful with my household items, since the work area was cluttered. They used moving pads to avoid any scratches or damage. Even though the move was just a few blocks, they strapped everything, making sure the items wouldn't move around. They even helped putting the mattresses in place. Very good communication and very professional.

They called to let us know they were on their way. They arrived perfectly on time, delivered the king sized mattress exactly to our expectations. Thanks so much!

Jesus and Antony were efficient, thoughtful, careful, and knowledgeable in the moving and setting up of a remote-controlled platform bed. I plan to call upon them again.
