The job looked impossible to me given their short bed truck, but they had a "can do" attitude and the expertise they needed to complete the task at hand and I applaud them for a job well-done! I highly recommend LUGG!

They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. Their professionalism and attention to detail really set them apart—and let’s be real, that’s not something you find every day. I genuinely appreciated how smoothly everything went. The movers were very polite and did a great job moving my dresser. I didn’t realize it was so heavy but they did the job quickly & safely with no complaints.

Wow! Both Dennis and Colby were terrific. They were sensitive to my needs and were very efficient with their loads, which was important to me as the distance was great between the apartment and the moving truck.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

They were very friendly and effective. They even took the mattress and box springs to the trash for me. Loved the communication on thier arrival. I would definitely use them again. My first time using Lugg, I highly recommend if you need things moved on short notice!!

Jason and Adrian were AMAZING! These guys helped with everything from A to Z! Picked up the couch from the warehouse super far away 40 min drive then brought it with a big smile and Greta attitude. They made my day! Then unpacked the couch and installed it with so much care and attention to detail. They treated it as if it was theirs, and helped me find the right spot for the couch. So much patience and help. 100% would recommend thank you guys for being the BEST!

These two movers were AMAZING!!!!! They were incredibly efficient and kind. They did all our unloading up three flights of stairs with NO elevator. We can’t thank them enough for making the last part of our cross country move so easy. We would use Lugg again just for these two!
