Darbin and Santiago figured out a way to pack a sprinter fan with 3 piece sectional couch, cal king mattress, bedframe, 4 drawer dresser, 2 night stands, 6 x 6ft long plants, rolling chair, 6 ft decorative house plant….then expertly maneuvered these items into my 2 BR apartment that was on the second floor. Along with their friendly service, they are seriously lowering my stress level during a stressful move. Thank you so much!

Carlos was very helpful to put the Christmas tree up in the house and placing the trees and bird of paradise in the back yard. He then also helped us by moving around some of our large potted plants to make it look right again after adding the bird of paradise.

Fast, efficient, clean vehicle, very professional and polite. The were careful moving a very heavy refrigerator past my aloe plants without breaking them.

The guys were awesome! They wrapped everything super well and were very careful with all the furniture. I really appreciated the time and care they gave to the entire move. They went above and beyond helping to disassemble and reassemble the bed. They moved mirrors and plants super carefully. Thank you!

Edgar & Marcos were two INCREDIBLE humans who made our day so much better and less stressful. What ended up being the hottest week of the year, they moved our apartment SO fast, and we’re just absolutely thrilled we got matched with them. They were not only efficient, but they moved our things so delicately, which means the world since we had a lot of fragile decor, expensive wine & wine glasses, plants, and VERY meaningful art. What could’ve been a very stressful day was made to be smooth by these two. Thank you guys so so so much!!

This was not an easy job. They were amazing. They set up my plants the way I wanted and even turned one around for me so I could determine the best angle. All my plants arrived in tack. and happy.

Secured plants well which are difficult to transport, and maneuvered stairs, the heat, and a challenging corner for install. Did it swiftly, efficiently, and without damaging anything.

Humberto and Abraham were excellent. They showed up early and were clean, efficient, careful and kind. I didn’t know what to expect from Lugg - and was pleasantly surprised. They moved a heavy dresser and side table set, dining room table with eight chairs, and some living room furniture. They even moved house plants. Everything was carefully wrapped and moved quickly. If all of their movers are as good then this is a great service. Even my Mother-in-Law (who expects a lot) was impressed “They are very good I must say”. My Father-in-Law couldn’t believe such a service existed and had nothing but good things to say. Thanks Guys!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They helped do a simple delivery and dealt with a few heavy plants. They offered to flatten the cardboard boxes that carried the plants. Thank you!

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

These guys were top notch. I rarely give any reviews, and when I do, it’s almost always when the product or service is awful. I feel obliged to leave a review for these guys as they were exceptional movers with great attitudes. They were extremely careful wrapping and moving all the pieces, including some very expensive pieces and some delicate plants and fragile pieces of art. Job well done.

Great professional team! Did an outstanding job moving a challenging item: a very large tree that needed to be well strapped in and well protected. Of course there any never any guarantees with plants, but I could tell my tree was in the best possible hands and it did arrive intact. Great job!

This is the second time Eder and Jonathan have helped me with a big, delicate move. I was excited when I saw they were the 2 Luggers again! Eder is a master at mapping out how to perfectly load everything with room to spare and keeping all items safe. He takes extra thoughtful care with my huge plants and delicate pots, too. They're both professional and care about being helpful, offering to help me continually, beyond loading and unloading their van. I hope I get to work with them again!
