RC was very thoughtful and thorough. He covered and packed our sofa with care. He kept me updated throughout pickup and delivery.

Absolutely amazing service from these two polite and considerate gentlemen. As soon as we put in our request for delivery Manuel and Gabriel showed up to the furniture store and delivered our couch PLUS set it up all within an hours time. I'm very glad we were referred to them and would highly recommend their services to everyone! We will definitely be using them again in the near future. Thank you both!

Carlos and David did an amazing job helping me deliver a 77 inch TV, they not only came ready to protect the TV with furniture blankets but also had the necessary tools to remove the stand to ensure a safe delivery. Would use this service and them again! 5 stars!

Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!

On time & professional. Great communication. Was able to fit everything (8ft table and 4 dining chairs) into their pick up truck. Handled delivery with care. Will be using Lugg again such a convenient service (Lugg was more cost effective then getting items delivered to my door!)

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! RC was very professional and courteous. He communicated well at each step of the pickup and delivery process. I let him know I would arrive home a few minutes after he was scheduled to and he was willing to wait for me to deliver the package. I didn't know about Lugg before this delivery but will definitely keep in mind for thr future.

My experience was outstanding I really appreciated the texts with all the updates prior to their arrival. And the delivery team were friendly and helpful. I look forward to calling them again. They were definitely five stars!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

This was my first time using Lugg. I was a little apprehensive. I bought a power reclining leather sectional and coffee table from OfferUp an hour away from me. The combination of not having to drive 2.5 hours AND find someone to help me unload it at my house made Lugg an obvious choice. Guy and Aaron were considerate, focused, and organized. They wasted no time, which was good since I chose to pay by the minute. They even moved my antique corner unit effortlessly. I will definitely use Lugg again. Strong work guys!

Item in my order was not included in the delivery. Anthropology sent me a receipt of my order which reflects 2 items. Additionally, I scheduled a pickup for 2 items and provided pictures
