On time, called to make sure they had the correct number of packages before leaving IKEA, communicated on timeframe and we’re very nice!!

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

This was my first experience with Lugg. Brian and Nile were able to seamlessly deliver my purchase from IKEA within 2 hours!

Anthony was great! Even though he was only supposed to deliver my dresser from IKEA, he offered to assemble it as well. I am not handy at all so I will definitely be using him in the future.

Today the guys brought me my stuff from Ikea, they have been in contact with me all the time to keep me informed of how the delivery was going, everything has arrived in perfect condition.

Damion and Asauru delivered my ikea sectional for me, they were great, on time and early, texted before pickup, texted after pick up, they were careful, very friendly and kind, the quality of the service made me very happy and comfortable. I highly recommend them 🏆

They had to return an item to Ikea that came damaged and dropped off the replacement a few hours later. They kept me updated by text. Great job!

Seamless operation from beginning to end. As a guy who appreciates devising a plan that is executed to perfection, Kemar and Terrance were exceptional in their performance. I researched an IKEA purchase, and got my family moving early on Sunday morning to put eyes on my final selection. Although IKEA's website said delivery was not available in our area (NW DC), they told me about Lugg after the purchase. I scheduled a mid-afternoon, same-day delivery. I went home, cleared the space to accept the delivery, and took the family to brunch. While receiving real-time updates and needing to complete a few other errands, I sent the family home to meet Kemar & Terrance and continued with our other "missions." Kemar & Terrence arrived promptly at the opening of the scheduled delivery window, unloaded our purchases efficiently and carefully, and were on their way. Their professionalism during the delivery was particularly noteworthy. Coming from my Wife, this is extremely high praise as she does not issue it lightly. I recommend these guys without any hesitation. Nicely Done Gentlemen!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

These are 2 great guys who were efficient, friendly and worked hard to get us our IKEA delivery. Highly recommend them.

Daniel and Jabir were extremely helpful! They called me from the IKEA store to verify that they had picked up the right order, responded to my text asking them to call me when they reached my apartment, called me when they did reach, and helped me bring around 11 items (including large pieces of furniture like my bed, desk, and nightstand) up to my apartment! They also got everything done in less than 20 minutes. Could not be more happy!

They were great. My only experience that i was not familiar with was that, using lugg and task rabbit are two separate charges. When infact at Ikea it was presented to me as one general price for delivery and then putting my items together. This cat me do much more money than i expected and the two lugg gentlemen have not received extra tip because of this hug miscommunication between IkeA and the services they are offering to customers

Exvellent attention to detail, timeliness, and customer service. Ikea had a damaged box in the items for delivery. Joshua and Darwin got a replacement before leaving the store. Great job!

Man…Joshua and Darwin we’re great! I Scheduled a 5-6pm delivery window (Ikea); Joshua & Darwin were walking in the door with my merch at 5:01! Thank goodness I was back from running errands early - these guys aren’t kidding around! Outstanding service!

Both gentlemen were very polite and hardworking. They took the time to double check the items i couldn’t find and made sure it was there. Ikea must be proud of having good workers like these two amazing people.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Michael and Jerome were terrific. The attention to detail to make sure I received my complete order when they picked it up from Ikea was awesome. They spent the time, no matter how long it took, to make sure the delivery was complete and checked in periodically to give me updates. Everything arrived with a smile and a great attitude. I can't say enough about how terrific Michael & Jerome were and highly recommend them and Lugg if you are looking for delivery or moving support! I will definitely be using Lugg again in the future and will be recommending it to everyone I know as well.

They did the hauling of some Ikea boxes that wouldn't fit in my SUV exactly as promised and had great communication.

Rene and Jerome brought in three ridiculously heavy items from IKEA, lugging one of them up a flight of stairs. They were respectful and engaging, and I enjoyed working with them.

Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!
