They were great !!! They let me know the status of delivery and NO FAULT OF THEIRS but I have to book them for another load now The pickup location thought it could be done in one load Thank you very much

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Todd and Kali were great, friendly and quick too! Would definitely want them on my next pick up/delivery!

The guys were very friendly, professional and helpful- they even used their own drill to tighten some loose screws for us upon delivery. Highly recommend

Not only did he handle my delivery with care, but he also went the extra mile by carrying my heavy box upstairs for me, which I truly appreciated as I live alone. He was efficient, strong, and made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend his service!

Wow!!! What a wonderful experience! Nicolas and Raul were so accommodating and nice. They brought the perfect vehicle, and had great timing. They made it so easy. All of my large plants arrived beautifully at the location in a flash. I will definitely be using this app again! Incredibly convenient, efficient and affordable! Loved it!!!

Enghel and Walter were amazing movers- not only did they have my entire apartment moved out in less than an hour, but they moved everything safely and took great care of my items. They were accommodating with parking, narrow entrances and stairs. They had no issue disassembling and reassembling my furniture or moving extremely heavy boxes. They also took care of smaller items and plants. I would highly recommend them for any moving/ transportation.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

was super careful and considerate of my plants. one of the large branches from my birds of paradise bent in the back of the open air truck and he stuck his hand out the driver side window to hold onto it. thank goodness it was a short distance drive

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stick-to-it-iveness. It was tricky but they persevered! One thing though, if you can get this message to them: THEY LEFT THEIR DOLLY at 185 Painter Street. They can come and pick it up anytime. It is currently behind the blue painted garage, on the North side, in the corridor between the garage and the fence with tall plants. If they want to call me first, they can. Wonderful experience! We had to deliver some large privacy plants to the house and they were great to work with. On time, kind, helpful and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Everything , they were FANTASTIC! 5 stars all around !! The only issue I had and it is probably the nature of your business is that I had asked for a pickup because I had tall plants , you upgraded me to a van , luckily the guys who were actually supposed to come told me they needed to give me something different because they didn’t want to mess up the plants which I greatly appreciated , the only thing is the timing got a bit screwed up which in this situation was a little complicated but normally not a huge deal they were actually early and I was running over to the pick up location . All in all great !

Super nice and fast! Went above and beyond to communicate, help move some things things that were in the way, keep our plants safe, and were super kind!!

They were so nice, polite, and very prompt with arrival. They checked in often to make sure they didn’t miss anything. Wrapped and handled my belongings as if they were their own. My plants even made it in one piece and not spilled over or snapped so they must have driven very carefully. Definitely would want them again and recommend them to anyone using this app! So appreciative, thanks guys!

I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! They were both very careful and efficient with my delivery from start to finish. It was a tight squeeze through my hall way and was nervous about damage during move. They did it with ease…. I HIGHLY recommend them for delivery service.
