Mark and Adrian were great helping with a big, heavy sleeper sofa. Adrian was really mindful of putting blankets down to make sure the item wasn't damaged. Would definitely do Lugg again!

Alexander & Jeremy were very strong and effortlessly moved my big cumbersome display cabinets up and down the stairs. They were great problem solvers & communicators.

The new sofa is bigger than our entrance bedroom door. We were told that the entrance door has to be removed which they are not allowed to do. and they can't wait for the door to be taking down because they have to go to their next job. Long story short, the sofa is now sitting in our hallway and not where we wanted. They were apologetic about how they can't help and can't wait..

they were very friendly and outgoing. very good at problem solving and went above and beyond to get it inside the complex. they were very attentive and open minded asking how we feel about the plan we had in mind. they were patient and willing to hear other solutions we had. we couldn’t get the biggest piece through the doorway so we decided to take it in through the window. The fact that they were willing to go above and beyond shows how much of a hard worker they are. they got their job done and was very thorough. we would 100% work with these two. very satisfied!

They arrived on time they got a big box in a small elevator, they somehow managed to get the chair into a small room, they unwrapped EVERYTHING, they took away all the trash and put it in the bins, and they were both nice, friendly, helpful, courteous, kind all the things. I was hesitant to use the service but now it’s in my go to. Thanks so much.

I wish I had known ahead of time that they could only make one trip. I wish I had the option of a bigger truck and more movers. I wish Lugg provided better estimates of time based on amount of stuff. Not sure what the time estimate is of a two-bedroom apartment, but my two bedroom apartment without appliances took all day, and the movers arrived after the arrival window.

Lashone my lugger ,was very helpful today the sofa we moved was too big so he was very patient he unscrewed the base legs in order to make it fit to my room,he came fully equipped , so happy to have him today and the app is great so far today was my first use of this app I've been referred by a friend whom I saw at Home Goods so I got lucky both finding out about this app also meeting LaShone

These guys were incredible. It was a BIG job and they handled it like total pros. I’ve moved my very heavy couch 2 times in the past 2 years and it was always a problem, but they made it seem easy. What a difference professional movers make! Also I ended up have a lot of small items to move and they were really good about that too, even though it took extra work to get everything in and out of the truck.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

They were great. I was so impressed. The grandfather clock that they moved was just slightly too big to fit in my elevator and they moved it to the 3rd floor without complaint

Justin and Andy were great! They moved a really heavy sofa bed which was a huge deal for us. They scuffed the wall a bit while moving the sofa bed, but thankfully no big damage. They also helped move a bunch of things up and down stairs to help us set up for a baby room. They are friendly and communicated well and did a great job overall.

Armando and Wakeim were fast and efficient without rushing or being careless which is extremely important when moving big furniture through a cluttered apartment. their life sized tetris skills was next level. really glad they were on this job today. thank you.

Went above and beyond to get my big fridge through multiple doorways. They even brought tools to help with door removal so the fridge would fit. Nicest guys, too!
