Edmond and Anthony were terrific. Communication was excellent, they were very careful not to bump any walls or to damage the furniture they moved, they were very professional, and overall just wonderful. I’m very happy with my experience.

What an awesome service. Came to my apartment, lugged my 4-piece sectional couch down the stairs to their truck, and hauled it away to the dump. Exactly what I wanted.

Hussain and Yolando powered through a much heavier than expected lift to get my wardrobe upstairs and into our bedroom! Honestly, there was a point where I was ready to give up, but they made it happen. The real deal.

This team was great. They were called in for another team running late. They made it through Friday traffic from Boston and completed delivery in a timely manner. Friendly, careful and courteous!

They were fantastic! Friendly, courteous and thorough. They had a very difficult situation getting a couch around a very tight corner. They problem solved and found a way to make it happen. These guys did a great job By the way, they left a pair of gloves behind at the customers site so if there’s a way to get a hold of them and let them know to go back and pick them up, let me know

Edmund and Eddie went above and beyond especially since the sofa did not fit. They tried using a different door, all sorts of positions. They really tried everything. You are lucky to have them on your team.

Wow! Nathan and Kenny arrived on the dot of 1:00 with a 1:00-2:00 window. They immediately started following the written instructions I had written on the request. From that moment on they were incredible. Personality, nothing was too much to ask, all was done and lifted and moved and put down with a genuine smile. Nathan was clearly the lead of the two. Direction to his teammate was clear. They worked efficiently. Not so fast that it would be risky to our property or their personal safety and not too slow that we would want to light a fire under them. Even-keeled pace. Also had great suggestions. Really appreciated Kenny’s attention to our needs. All in all, an easy peasy experience. Thanks!!!! We’ll be back because we’re always lugging something somewhere!

The movers were very prompt. I got my items quickly. They moved them with care and placed them where I asked them to. Just what I needed!

We are so lucky to have a service that can haul away unwanted items. As a professional organizer this service is so beyond helpful! My only wish is that one truck could do both a donation and dump run.

They were super friendly and on time. Overall it felt semi-professional and they could be a little more efficient (I had to point them towards Dollys at the storage unit to speed up the process because they only had a mini roller). They could wrap fragile things (I asked for a painting to be wrapped, but in the end they didn't do it). They forgot two draws of a drawer on the street, which I will need to drive over to the storage, that was a little unfortunate.

Lugg was fantastic. Packed everything up took it to took Goodwill for me, sent me a copy of the donation receipt and what Goodwill rejected they took to the dump. Such a wonderful experience and so full service and al for a great price.
