Profesional, pleasant, fast. Amazing movers!!

I appreciated the good communication about the delivery time. They were very helpful in accommodating my requests.

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

Ibrahim and Harouna were wonderful. They were very communicative- arrived early - were careful with all of the items and super efficient. They continually communicated during the transfer time and problem solved my tricky entryway. All smiles and lots of joy!

They were excellent movers and very quick, fast, careful, and professional. I tipped them $10 each in cash. They were worth it!

The movers were very polite and did a great job moving my dresser. I didn’t realize it was so heavy but they did the job quickly & safely with no complaints.

They were very friendly and effective. They even took the mattress and box springs to the trash for me. Loved the communication on thier arrival. I would definitely use them again. My first time using Lugg, I highly recommend if you need things moved on short notice!!

Freddy and Jose were wonderful movers and I would work with them any time I need moving assistance. They were on time and worked very carefully but quickly to move my furniture. They were also very friendly and made sure I was happy with the furniture placement. They are a great team!!

Kassoum and Ibrahim were great! They were on time, friendly, and fast! They were very careful moving a bookshelf upstairs for me and even helped me move a dresser that was already in my room.

These two movers were AMAZING!!!!! They were incredibly efficient and kind. They did all our unloading up three flights of stairs with NO elevator. We can’t thank them enough for making the last part of our cross country move so easy. We would use Lugg again just for these two!

These guys were so amazing. They made sure to inspect the item I bought prior to picking it up. They then called me and told me the item I purchased at home goods had a crack in it and asked if I was aware and if I still wanted it. I told them , no and was able to get a refund from the store. They then delivered the rest f my items and placed them in my home and made sure I liked them before they left. They truly went above and beyond and for that I am so grateful. They were so kind and professional and delivered my items on time. Thanks so much, this was my first time using Lugg. I’ll be using Lugg again and hope to get this team again when I do.
