Freddy and Jose were excellent! They were able to pick up my order from Katy and seamlessly deliver to my home in Spring. They were extra careful and paid a lot of attention to detail when unloading and delivering my items. They were great and I would recommend to anyone moving or needing a delivery service.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

The delivery service was awesome, the two gentlemen were outstanding representatives of your company, our only problem is we were double charged for some reason, which I understand was no fault of the delivery team , we were charged $110.00 and $330.20 and should have only been charged $110.00 please refund the $333.20 to my credit card thank you
