Used this app twice now. All 4 movers I've had were absolutely fantastic! Such a great app. So glad I found it.

The movers were very prompt. I got my items quickly. They moved them with care and placed them where I asked them to. Just what I needed!

They were both very nice and did an amazing job. They got all of my high priority items into the truck and moved into the destination home, and negotiated some tight corners and tight spaces to do so.

I don’t know how they managed to fit my couches and everything else into their truck or my storage unit but they did it and they were so good

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

They were such nice guys, and they got the job done. The desk was heavy AF But somehow they managed to get it on the truck!

They were very quick professional and efficient. The only concern was that it did not look like my recliner was covered with a tarp or anything while they were delivering it in the truck. But overall, it was a good customer experience.

Wired well together to get the armoire out of the condominium and into the truck. They were quick and careful with the bulky unit

Juan and Miguel were great! They were courteous, professional and friendly. They were careful with our things and respectful. Their truck was clean and we felt our items would be transported with care. I highly recommend this team and will book them again when needed. Excellent!!

Very efficient, prompt and pleasant. I had to cancel the original delivery this morning as the truck they brought was too small. Detain and Edward were able to come later that afternoon and complete the job. Thank so much!

Guys were great and moved everything up a ton of flights of stairs, I feel like I should be able to specify that in the app so the guys know what they're getting themselves into. They were quick, but we're not able to fit the queen sized mattress (and a bit of our other stuff) in the truck. Would like a van or larger sized pickup truck to finish the job tomorrow please. These guys were great though

AMAZING 🤩 TOTAL PROS Nathan and Jason were timely and extremely professional. They brought plastic furniture wrap, moving blankets, etc and took great caution with walls and common areas in both buildings. Edward and Hussain arrived on-time & were accommodating, very helpful and professional upon pick-up. They delivered the item to the correct address in a timely manner, brought it inside the facility and helped to set it up. They thoroughly secured the large piece of furniture in the truck and took the extra steps to protect the item from the elements (rain).

My experience with the boys were great but I was charged $68 when I first ordered the van and then after that I got another charge on top of it for $30. Not sure what that’s for because it was not explained in the first initial truck that I signed up for so someone needs to contact me or I will contact my bank. Thank you, Marie.

Alexis was very friendly and knowledgeable about moving a very old and large glass cabinet. We signed up for a single Lugger and a truck, and he was helped by my son. Alexis explained very well how to safely move the cabinet to avoid damage, so the move was successful. Thanks Alexis!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!
