They were super friendly and on time. Overall it felt semi-professional and they could be a little more efficient (I had to point them towards Dollys at the storage unit to speed up the process because they only had a mini roller). They could wrap fragile things (I asked for a painting to be wrapped, but in the end they didn't do it). They forgot two draws of a drawer on the street, which I will need to drive over to the storage, that was a little unfortunate.

Excellent experience, highly recommended. Blake and Tom were punctual, polite, friendly, and delicate with my furniture. They went above and beyond and saved me a weekend day of hauling furniture.

Eddie and Edmund were very professional and cautious delivering our furniture. It was very simple to order and the delivery was on time!

I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Hussain and Yolando powered through a much heavier than expected lift to get my wardrobe upstairs and into our bedroom! Honestly, there was a point where I was ready to give up, but they made it happen. The real deal.

The app works! The lugg-er that came out was very helpful. He was very careful with our appliances...making sure they didn't get dented or scratched in the loading, hauling and unloading at our new location. Thanks again!

This team was great. They were called in for another team running late. They made it through Friday traffic from Boston and completed delivery in a timely manner. Friendly, careful and courteous!

They were fantastic! Friendly, courteous and thorough. They had a very difficult situation getting a couch around a very tight corner. They problem solved and found a way to make it happen. Lugg is the one app that brings together great user experience with great offline service in unexpected ways. I have booked 3 Luggs - one same-day, after another mover dropped out at the last minute - and every single one has been prompt, friendly, affordable, and extremely professional. Mark & Emad are super nice and made hauling furniture across the city a simple task! A chore that would have taken me all day to get done was finished in a couple of hours thanks to these guys. They were very professional and careful with maneuvering large pieces around a small space even taking the time to tape off the doorways to avoid scrapes. So, if you are looking to get a dirty job done fast, without breaking a sweat while also working with attentive people who will communicate with you through out the whole process then they are definitely the way to go.

Wow! Nathan and Kenny arrived on the dot of 1:00 with a 1:00-2:00 window. They immediately started following the written instructions I had written on the request. From that moment on they were incredible. Personality, nothing was too much to ask, all was done and lifted and moved and put down with a genuine smile. Nathan was clearly the lead of the two. Direction to his teammate was clear. They worked efficiently. Not so fast that it would be risky to our property or their personal safety and not too slow that we would want to light a fire under them. Even-keeled pace. Also had great suggestions. Really appreciated Kenny’s attention to our needs. All in all, an easy peasy experience. Thanks!!!! We’ll be back because we’re always lugging something somewhere!

Wow! This service could change our lives! Like Lyft for hauling. We bought a recliner chair at West Elm today, and were planning to borrow a truck from someone to bring it home, but Lugg did it for us in under a hour. Mulusew and Terrance were very helpful, and even moved the old chair downstairs for us. Mulusew showed me how to claim my first-time user $10 off code. Great service!
