Super friendly team, great communication throughout the day and prior to arrival. They moved my couch in quickly and smoothly navigating around some tight corners making sure to keep my furniture protected. Thank you so much!

Over all there was great communication regarding schedule. Workers were professional and courteous. Only issue was the website! I thought I could order a 2 destination exchange of couches. I ultimately ended up having two divide the job into 2 separate days -for 3 locations that were within 5 miles of each other. I basically paid for the van 2 times:(

Excellent! They were presented with VERY difficult stairs and calmly worked together to come up with a solution. We have our couch for Christmas Eve which we didn’t think was going to happen but luckily we were able to get the last one in stock AND delivered same day. Super grateful. Fantastic job all around! Steve and Anthony are awesome, they got my heavy couch out of a very tough spot in my apartment. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in to move the couch, it was not easy to get into that room and it was not easy to get out and I’m very thankful they were able to do the job. Best customer service ever. they were both professional, patient, and solved problems on the fly. The oversized couch needed to be dropped off on the 3rd floor, and the elevator did not work. Without question, they got to work and managed to figure out a way to fit the couch there a small staircase and carried it all the up to my place one step at a time. I cannot express how grateful they made it happen. It was a difficult challenge and they exceeded beyond my expectation. I strongly recommend them for your next move. Thank you!

Kevin & Khalid made this the easiest move ever. Super nice and careful with the couch I bought. I was pleasantly surprised at how well Lugg worked since this was my first time using the platform. I picked a time for that same afternoon, fully expecting to hear back that those times weren't available, etc...it seemed to good to be true to book for the same day. But, true to the booking, I got a text when they were on their way and there were no issues. Price was really reasonable. I am very impressed with Lugg.

Ordered a couch that had no delivery option. They picked it up from the store and dropped it off in perfect condition and super fast. Super friendly and would definitely use again!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.
