Ammar and Muhammad were absolutely outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. They were efficient, careful, and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I was very nervous about using Lugg for a FB marketplace furniture purchase in terms of how much the cost would be, in case the movers didn’t show (which has happened in other utask based apps). but I am super impressed!! Movers arrived on time and had all the relevant supplies! I got answers very quickly from Lugg about how labor is calculated and what movers would have and cancellation questions. The process was very smooth and I am happy Lugg exists and I plan to use again!

These guys went above and beyond get a big, super heavy table into a U-Haul for me. At first we weren’t sure it could be done but they got creative and got the task done. Super friendly, professional, and would for sure hire them again.

They arrived exactly on time, jumped right into the work, communicated effectively about what could work and what the alternatives were when one of my plans turned out to be impossible because of my staircase, and went above and beyond. This was the easiest move we’ve ever had thanks to Ammar and Cleevens! They were right on time, incredibly efficient, helped us break down a few furniture items, moved our furniture to their van, drove to UHaul, and loaded our UHaul Ubox in record time. They were so nice, funny, and trustworthy with all of our personal belongings. Everything was handled with care and nothing broke. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Joseph lifted everything by himself, with my help. Even though I’d hired two people to help he was left on his own as the other person didn’t lift anything or even attempt to. I helped Joseph out as It’s not fair to him but the company shouldn’t have him do twice the work when he’s supposed to have a partner help him carry stuff.

This team took about 15 minutes to bust through moving a piece of furniture from the second floor to the garage and bring a piece up (3 trips). Would hire again!

Great experience. I was a little late showing up but JEROME and MICHAEL M. were super chill about it. They got to work and didn’t diddle around which is important because it’s by-the-minute labor. Never got the idea that they were trying to squeeze out dollars. They were also great conversation as they worked. Definitely recommend if this type of service fits your moving needs.

they were SO FAST!! they got my entire move done in 30 min and that included going up the stairs back and forth 4 stories. definitely will hire them again

Quick, careful, observant, friendly, communicative. These luggers are about as good as movers get. I hired these two to move my home items from a 5×15 Somerville storage unit to a Waltham 1BR apartment. They arrived before their scheduled window, loaded all my things with speed and care, and checked I was ready to go under an hour. I encountered some bad traffic during the moving trip and reached my apartment some time after them, but they were patient and out of their van the moment they saw me arrive. The final drop-off was quick and painless, and they were quick to put my things right where I needed them. If I could hire these guys for my next move, I would.

James and Nathaniel were very polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to make this an easy and smooth process. They carried the three large furniture boxes to my 4th floor apartment, while also including my two young kids as “helpers” to feel as though they were an integral part of the move. I can’t recommend their services enough!
