We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Jose and Carl were friendly, efficient, and diligent. They took care to protect the items they were moving. Their service was excellent. They couldn't have been any better.

Joshua and Ryan were amazing, I called 7 local moving companies displeased with the 2-3hr minimum commitments, added fees and overall pricing, I took the chance on Lugg as it is by the minute and these two hustled the entire time to get the job done. Tim and Joshua were very friendly and worked incredibly hard. The move involved a lot of walking and ramps and steps. I never heard one complaint. They packed the truck expertly, making the absolute best use of space; and I had a lot of stuff. They were respectful of the properties and my stuff. They also were respectful of my need to keep my cats and dog separate from the moving space. The loading process felt slow, but I know it was because they were taking great care to maximize the space in the truck. They unloaded very quickly and as efficiently as possible. They were honestly great and if I could request them for future moves, I'd do it in a heartbeat

I had an urgent move-in, but my moving company couldn’t come for a few days. Thinking it was no big deal, I decided to move my mattress myself since it was a short distance, and I had bought vacuum bags to roll it up. Turns out, I was way too confident—things didn’t go as planned, and I ended up stuck in the hallway with my mattress, completely clueless about what to do. That’s when someone recommended Lugg to me. I tried it for the first time, and YuYa and Brandon showed up like lifesavers! Their truck was big enough to not only move my mattress but also some boxes of clothes and furniture I needed. They were super friendly, professional, and worked quickly. After comparing my experience with the moving company, I have to say I prefer Lugg’s service. And Lugg is super flexible, which is perfect for ppl with last min change or unexpected needs. It was such a great experience—highly recommend!

Shane was incredibly kind, punctual, and communicative, when arriving and moving my couch. He treated the seats with care and yet still made good time. We were even able to chat for a bit, while waiting for the recipient of the couch. I would certainly recommend him for other moves.

Alex and Preston were on top of their game, had experience moving, and figured out how to get the treadmill out of an awkward tight space without damaging the house!

They were awesome! Very courteous and totally cooperative in moving an old easy chair in order to put the 2 new ones in place.
