I had an urgent move-in, but my moving company couldn’t come for a few days. Thinking it was no big deal, I decided to move my mattress myself since it was a short distance, and I had bought vacuum bags to roll it up. Turns out, I was way too confident—things didn’t go as planned, and I ended up stuck in the hallway with my mattress, completely clueless about what to do. That’s when someone recommended Lugg to me. I tried it for the first time, and YuYa and Brandon showed up like lifesavers! Their truck was big enough to not only move my mattress but also some boxes of clothes and furniture I needed. They were super friendly, professional, and worked quickly. After comparing my experience with the moving company, I have to say I prefer Lugg’s service. And Lugg is super flexible, which is perfect for ppl with last min change or unexpected needs. It was such a great experience—highly recommend!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

On time. Friendly & explained how they would unload mattress & box spring. Brought the new bed into house and place it in the room I needed the bed. Polite & answered my questions about other services LUGG provides. I would like to work this team again to move some furniture around in my house. I will create another ticket for services inside my house sometime next week.

They were careful bringing my two mattresses and bed frame up to the second floor without damaging art on the wall etc. They were very polite and friendly.

I have a crazy heavy mattress they handled it well lots of lose stuff every where and they got the moving things out of there.

I would love to rate Andrew and Nadia more than the full star if the rate allowed. They are very friendly, efficient and being considerate to the customers. They bring various tools like trucks and trolley to facilitate this moving. When they saw I use a mattress bag to protect my mattress, they think this will be more efficient and safe than simple wrap up. Thus they decide to buy mattress bags after this moving so that they can better serve their customers next time. You will find they are always stepping the shoes of their customers to buy appropriate tools and provide efficient and smooth moving service!

Both Daniel and Kris are great. They helped me with Costco queen bed, mattress pickup and delivery. They went above and beyond and got everything delivered to my second floor. 100% recommend them.

I have never been happier. Chris and Johnny are a top team, they worked together seamlessly and got everything in the van without a hitch. Only issue was a dark stain on the mattress about the size and shape of a coffee can. That side is face down now and I will never see it again in my lifetime. A small price to pay for an otherwise flawless move.

They went there extra effort of bringing up our IKEA mattresses that had been delivered earlier to the door.
