Michael and Jerome were great! They were communicative and kept me updated as they were driving to my house. We have a really tricky entry way, and they handled getting our couch in professionally and efficiently! We truly couldn’t have done it without them.

These two were very fast, very friendly, and very professional. It took them less than a minute to get my couch in my apartment. I would absolutely recommend these two men. They did a great job.

These guys were prompt, professional and worked quickly. We will be using them in the future for our other delivery needs. Highly suggest using them.

They went above and beyond in communication and customer service. I asked them to bring my couch to the base of my stairs so I could try and push it up into my apartment (I live alone and weigh 130) and they offered to take it all the way inside for me and were so kind and helpful. They deserve a promotion and raise, big thanks to Jefferson and Kevin for this great experience.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

They went way beyond what they were originally supposed to do, to my understanding. They brought the couch all the way up the elevator, to our apartment, and then unloaded it into the apartment. They made a point to tell us they were not in a rush, were extremely professional, were careful with our things, and were just good, friendly people! 👌🏼

Jerome and Michael were called late into the day to cover for a crew that could not make my delivery. They took up the job and stayed on it until my new couch was delivered to me late into the evening - all the while keeping me updated about the situation.

Amazing and so nice! Fit a big sectional couch down a narrow set of stairs with a difficult turn. So helpful!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Alvin was so helpful. I had to move a heavy couch. He brought moving dollies and made the process easy and quick. I highly recommend him!

Damian and Julienne were excellent. When my couch did not fit in the elevator, they went above and beyond to get it into my apartment, trying various different solutions and working tirelessly until we finally got it up the stairs. Could not recommend more.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We couldn’t get the couch through the narrow apartment door, but Michael and Jake tried every which way. I’m happy they did their absolute best—no one could have got this couch in here! It was expensive but a cheaper company would have given up after five minutes. Lugg has my vote for their heroic efforts with a couch that was just one inch too wide.

Rodney and Daniel were exceptional. They wrapped my white couch, paid attention to walls/doorframes and furniture feet. They were very communicative and kept me posted on their ETA’s. These guys were great!
