Kind and courteous! On time delivery. Liked being able to view the delivery status! Would use them again!

This delivery was to my elderly Mom, and she couldn't stop raving about how helpful, friendly, and efficient Zach was. He not only did the delivery, but also helped her move other furniture around so it fit nicely. 5+ Stars to Zach from Grandma!

Very flexible in the delivery process, everything was delivered with the upmost of care. Onon and Ben were immensely friendly - just an overall wonderful experience!!!

They were wonderful. They were on time with delivery. They got the loveseat in the house without any damage to the walls. Then asked whether it was anything they could help with the couch. Very Professional. If need to have anything delivered again hopefully I get them

Carlos and Gerard were AMAZING! I had a strange delivery, dragging a king size mattress up a ramp made of ladders and thru a second story window. They laughed and said “this is new” but had positive can-do attitudes. Two thumbs way up!

This was the easiest delivery service ever! Jamel-Kylee & Riley were quick, courteous and helpful. I would use this service over and over again.

Aleksey and Ryan came on time and very helpful! They made moving our furniture from one place to another a breeze! I highly recommend them for any small moves you have!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

O-non. & Isaac Were Truly Perfect. I was worried 34 steps were to narrow doorway too tight But for O-non. & Isaac not an Issue for them Very friendly kind & quick. Delivery was fast, easy to arrange, great communication with updates, and very professional. The furniture was wrapped and protected during transport. Highly recommend this service.

Abel and Omar provided timely, professional service and helped with the furniture placement to ensure it was exactly as I wanted. Lugg movers never fail us!

Onon and Ben excelled in every step of the process. From picking up the bed to delivery. The Mattress they delivered to us was heavy and awkward but,they made moving it look easy. Thank you both!

These guys were great & very careful with my sofa delivery. They had a lot of trouble getting the sofa through a very tight doorway and very extremely cautious and concerned about not damaging the sofa or the walls, which I appreciated. I am super appreciative of their willingness to continue trying after I urged them to give it another shot. The minor complaint I have is Samuel seemed quite annoyed by this delivery from the moment they were loading the sofa into the elevator which made this a bit uncomfortable for me. All in all I would definitely use them again.

Very professional, personable, and helpful. Due to a mix-up with IKEA, some of our items did not make the delivery. He volunteered to go back, find those items, and deliver them. Outstanding Lugger!

Fantastic job by Ralph & Mike Jackson, true gentlemen, worked very hard, were very helpful & kind. Quick, efficient, and even were very patient in dealing with the building’s elevator that went down following the first item they moved; they proceeded to Lugg items up the stairs 2 floors while waiting for emergency elevator maintenance. I was hoping they’d have an easier run & could use the elevator for the majority of the furniture, fortunately the elevator was restored rather quickly but these guys kept trucking via the more difficult route. Easily 5/5 stars, they nailed it & were a delight to work with. We appreciate you both so much Ralph & Mike!! THANK YOU! 🤗

The delivery was a little late and was not within the window given, but beyond that, they were incredibly skilled and efficient.

Ryan and Alex were absolutely amazing. They helped us move several heavy pieces of furniture. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), were careful with our things and our home, and were wonderful and courteous communicators. We would absolutely hire them again!!

Great communication throughout the whole process. So helpful bringing the delivery up 3 floors. Overall great experience with Demir and Justin. Highly recommended.

Let us know when they were close, came early in the window, brought in heavy objects without nicking any walls. Great service, will recommend. Note: Not leaving a tip here because we tipped Jose & Guillermo with cash on delivery.

They handled an issue at the pick up location well and made sure everything was okay once they arrived at the delivery location. Both men were personable and efficient.

Luggs were great! It’s confusing the way the pick up window is worded though - hard to know if the user is selecting the DELIVERY time window or the PICK UP (meaning pick up FROM IKEA) window. That could be improved going forward. Otherwise great experience - will definitely use Lugg again!

Kept in touch while enroute. On time delivery. Brought items where they needed to be and helped walk me through app to set up task rabbit.

Super friendly!! They had no hesitation helping me move a piece of furniture out of the way to make room for my delivery. They are very careful and were finished before I knew it. Great guys- I would absolutely recommend them!

Did a great job adapting to miscommunication from store on delivery day. Was very prompt and stayed in contact with me as I was not able to be home. First time using this service. It was easy.

Delivery drivers aren’t always known for being on time and Jermaine and Jason delivered exactly as expected! They were great problem solvers, getting a huge table through our front door.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.
