Used this app twice now. All 4 movers I've had were absolutely fantastic! Such a great app. So glad I found it.

These guys did absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and beyond helpful. They moved basically my entire apartment in just a few hours. They were great.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Adrian and Blake were amazing! They moved everything out of my second story apartment efficiently and safely. I would highly recommend hiring them for any move!

They brought my heavy mirror up to my apartment and helped me remove the bottom cardboard due to the weight! So helpful and kind.

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers

They hadn't planned to bring my stuff up to my apartment because of an error on my end (kind of Ikea's end really), but they were still prepared to do that anyway!

Outstanding service! Very understanding to my needs. I was unable to be home on time, he made sure my delivery was safely secured by my apartment doorstep. I’m a tiny girl, I wouldn’t have been able to do this without his help.

They showed up early. The move out was much harder than I anticipated (getting the couch out of the basement). They were persistent and cheerful throughout. Really nice guys and very competent. On the delivery end, the guy who was supposed to come remove my apartment door for me was 15 minutes late, and the Lugg guys were patient and didn't get grumpy. I tipped them cash, BTW, in case you think I'm cheap. :)

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Cesar and Samuel were so great! They very quickly and very kindly took apart my couch, brought it up to my apartment, and put it back together for me. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Julio did an awesome job finding a hard to find apartment. Even though it was raining, he went out of his way to keep everything dry. He did an excellent job.

Jeff and Matthew were great - could not have done this move without them! I was only going to ask them to help me move some bigger furniture items, but they went above and beyond to help move nearly everything from my studio apartment. They were incredibly professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient.

So our apartments can’t fit a tic tack in it and Sam helped us take off a railing that ended up allowing a couch he was delivering to fit. Super friendly and awesome guy! Thanks for the help Sam!!
