They were communicative, punctual, and professional. The dresser they hauled was large and solid wood, likely weighing over 200 lbs. They quickly got it up the narrow and steep stairs of my old house, taking great care not to damage anything. They reached out to me every step of the way to ensure I knew what was going on!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

I couldn’t be happier with Sayed and Hanifi! They were incredibly efficient, handling everything with speed and precision. They were also very friendly, making the entire moving process so smooth. Most importantly, they were highly professional and genuine people —carefully loading and transporting everything with great sincerity. The movers were great. They were efficient. The Lugg experience was problematic. The scheduling went awry and even the pickup location, which Lugg put in the wrong place even though it had the correct name of the business and the address. When that all got straightened out, the people involved handled everything professionally.
