They are very professional, taking pictures before packing furniture and after unpacking furniture, detailing the details of the furniture before and after moving.

These fellas were awesome! They kept in contact and were right on time. Our sofa came as promised, clean and with no damage. These guys were so polite and friendly. I would definitely have them move any furniture of mine!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They were on time, wrapped my chair, were careful not to soil or damage it, and were careful to move it inside the house without damaging other furniture or paint on walls. Great service!

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

This needs 10 more stars! John and Yadier were and are the thing since slice bread! But better! Never has a delivery been so smooth and uneventful! These two men carried in a 53”x84” heavily framed mirror. They were happy, polite and proud of the work they were doing. I definitely will have them help me again and again!

Macario and Michael were extremely friendly, prompt, and careful with the furniture that they moved for us. We were very happy with their service.

Michael and Yadier worked so smart and so efficiently - a true team. I couldn’t have moved my furniture or rugs by myself. Because of their help, I had a very productive Saturday! They’re so awesome, I lost a receipt that was needed to pick the chair I wanted from a store and they were and kind and patient and spoke to the store staff on my behalf and gave them the purchase proof I had instead of the one the store specifically was asking for , and picked my furniture up and dropped it off seamlessly.

Alisher and Carlos apparently had just run out of plastic wrap on their previous Lugg, so I just recommend to be over prepared in future. They did offer to pick more up on the way to delivery location to wrap in order to leave in my place, which is undergoing some dusty renovation work. I appreciated that but was worried I might be charged. They were friendly, efficient and took care with my sofa. Arrived in the estimated window and delivery went smoothly.

Jeremy was on point with regards to communication, delivery of my item was very smooth, and took care of my floor to ceiling mirror with extra care. Highly recommended team work!

Abel and Omar provided timely, professional service and helped with the furniture placement to ensure it was exactly as I wanted. Lugg movers never fail us!
