I have used Jerome and Michael before, and they are fantastic! They are very efficient, and take close attention to detail. They’re very careful with wrapping individual items, inspecting before they move anything and send these photos. They called to let me know they are on the way and check in with me periodically with any update. I’m very grateful for love and thank you for such wonderful hired. Five stars all the way around.

Benjamin did a great job! He had a good eye to make sure all of the pieces fit in the van and took care with the boxes. Fombeoh was also very helpful. Although he was on his phone for a good portion of the move at the pick up location he was helpful and worked well with Benjamin

Abimbola Adeyey and William got the job done quickly and were careful with our furniture. It took less than 30 minutes to finish the job and the whole process was easy and painful free. They were great to work with!

Fombeoh and Atiqullah were great! They were friendly and efficient! We had a large donation going to goodwill and they finished the pick up quickly and efficiently! We would use Lugg again!

Luis and Joshua were great! The delivered the armoire (after hauling it up to the 3rd floor!) in perfect condition. Thank you!

Really great job, exceeded all of my expectations. When there was a delay in pickup, Lugg upgraded my van to a box which was very appreciated. The movers texted me every step of the way before their arrival.

Daniel and William of the greater DC area were awesome! William kept me informed throughout the entire process from his ETA, to taking pictures of the item, and wrapping the item with the upmost care. They did a great job. They dropped it off and were in & out in minutes. The dresser was solid wood and they got it up the two flights of stairs like nothing. I will definitely use this service again!
