Gabriel and James were friendly, efficient, and professional. I really appreciated the way they were careful in not bumping into or damaging any part of my home. I also liked being able to track their arrival as my home can sometimes be tricky to find and I could watch for them.

They did a fabulous job! This dresser was heavier than I thought it would have been. Manuel was so positive and encouraging with Mohamed; it made Mohamed work even harder. It was such a beautiful thing to witness. I am very impressed with their professionalism, optimism, work ethic, etc… You should be very proud to have these guys on your team!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.
