Very efficient and friendly. They did a great job moving my furniture and took the time to ensure nothing was damaged.

Willie and Nasir came right within the arrival window and were super helpful and communicative. Moving was done pretty efficiently and carefully. I didn’t realize how much stuff I had in my 1-Bedroom but they made it all fit just perfectly into the XL. Took about 3 hours to load and 1 hour to unload. They also did a great job getting everything inside to the right rooms and without damages. Expert team of good, hard-working guys who were being mindful of time as well, highly recommend them! Thank you Willie and Nasir!

They did great job wrapping the furniture and carefully moving through the corridors and in the apartment. Very quick and polite movers.

This was my first time using Lugg and I’m so happy I did it. Leonel and Jose were very professional and polite. I was moving a large piece of vintage wood furniture with different parts. They dissembled the piece and loaded it into their van very quickly. When they moved it into my apartment, they were very careful not to damage the wood, which is impressive considering I live up three flights of narrow spiral stairs. They exceeded my expectations in terms of timing and I would definitely hire again.

They both did a great job from moving the furniture in to assembling it for me. Would definitely hire again!

Oscar and Fadil made this by far the easiest and best moving experience I’ve ever had—and nobody uses those words in the same sentence. They took care of everything with a smile. Would absolutely love to request them in the future!

Isaac did an amazing job. He did it all by himself. Aaron didn’t help at all and sat in the truck the entire time. Isaac was extremely quick and efficient. Isaac did all the labor and moving and did a great job. He was kind and polite. Highly recommend Isaac. I cannot say the same about Aaron. Aaron did absolutely nothing besides get out of the truck.

Faced with inevitable talk of moving an 8.5 ft and hundred pound couch, Leonel and Jose did not back down. Even through the labrathine hallways of my shitty apartment building, they persevered, even though we had to dismantle the couch. You CAN NOT do better than these guys when it comes to a moving service.

They were awesome. Professional, fast, and careful with my belongings. I was moving between two complicated high rises, and they moved everything in a breeze. Cannot recommend enough!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Did a great job of problem solving when the furniture they were moving didn’t look like it would fit through the door at first and they wrapped everything up so that it was safe from being scratched. Very friendly and thoughtful!

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.
